Dr Current and his son chose this yearling filly to replace the mare they lost last year.
Auction
Dr. Current together with his great-grandfather who had farmed with horses, bought a Belgian mare in 1981 and has bred draft horses since. His mare died foaling last spring. This week Dr. Current and his son went up to Amish country where at the Mt. Hope auction there sold 2000 horses. This video is of a team of geldings selling.

Just another day at the Currents.
My son saw a duck sitting on our chimney in the morning. When my wife and he went outside to look at the duck, it was mysteriously absent.
Fast forward a few hours when fluttering, scratching noises started to be heard in the chimney.
PS- The duck was dirty but unhurt and flew through the kitchen and out the back door!😀

Sitting Pretty
This adorable lady is "Nala" and she LOVES to sit pretty for her favorite treat... peanut butter! How many likes can we give this little cutie pie?
"Riff-Raff" is one of our favorite patients in Troy and is seen here playing dead for a treat! Dr. Current and our staff helped to treat and take care of him when he was hospitalized with parvovirus. Now look at him go! How many likes can we get for "Riff-Raff" today?
