I feel like Walmart or Target getting on basically decorating for Christmas and it’s not even Halloween! Lol.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner, don’t forget if you plan on traveling for the holidays to get those pet visits scheduled!

Sorry CC Fam if you are getting some old invoices emailed to you.

Apparently the app is being weird and some clients are getting invoices that were sent a few weeks ago that were already paid.

To double check just look in the app to see if one is showing. If you see anything weird please email me so I can get it all fixed.

Hi Creature Comforts Fam!

I have exciting news.
Our amazing pet sitter Nancy is off to new wonderful adventures.
She is about to become a world traveler, and we could not be more excited for her.

Nancy has let her clients know as she has pet sit the babies, but just in case, we missed anyone. We have been introducing those clients to other pet sitters. I know Nancy will miss all the sweet pets so much, but she has to follow her dreams.

I know you all will miss her as much as I will.

As of right now we are not bringing on any new pet sitters. We should have no issues with drop in visits with 4 of us, but I have added a new feature that tells on the schedule when we are booked for overnights. We love all our clients, and we have a handful of established clients that take priority with our overnight services. But please if you are new looking into our services and were wanting overnights, please reach out via email or text depending on the schedule we may be able to add a new client to our list.

Hi CC Fam!

I was thinking maybe we can do a little appreciation offer to our amazing clients that tell their friends about us.

September only. If you are a current client and refer us to a friend/ co worker etc. We will take 10% off your September scheduled visits and theirs!!!

Unfortunately will not count if visits are cancelled.
Must be more than 2 scheduled visits!

We all know I am horrible at answering the phone. So please ask them to text or email any questions and let me know who referred them so I can get the discount added!!!

P.S. with summer coming to an end, once the temps are a little lower we will open dog walks back up to allow midday walks.

I’m scared of birds!
I’ll take care of them, I’ll feed them and get them water and hold conversations as long as they are in their cage.

No cage, I would accidentally push one of my kids in front of me to protect myself.

Hi CC Fam!!!

Just a few updates.

There is a new app update.
You will now see on certain days during the months in grey it will say Overnights are currently not available for this day.

Overnights are aways a first come first serve.
We have currently stopped offering Overnight visits for new clients and its only available for existing clients.
We want to make sure our long-lasting clients are taken care of first. If we start to see a decrease in this service with our clients, I will open back up for new clients.

On that note though, there is only 3 of us starting Sept 1st that do overnight visits, so they will fill up super-fast. If you have holiday plans get them scheduled as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the rise of minimum wage, we will no longer be offering Live ins services, we want to keep our prices as affordable a possible, so we can work something out with overnights and drop in visits if we are not booked up.

As always thank you for dealing with us and our changes we need to make here and there.

The picture made me giggle.

But it also reminded me to remind everyone to be safe with all the electronic fun these days like feeders, water fountains and litter boxes. They may seem like an amazing alternative to a pet sitter but unfortunately if you’re away and your electricity goes out these things no longer work and then the poor babies are not getting any food.

It’s always good to still have someone check in during the day to make sure the feeders, air conditioning etc is working and your pets are healthy.
