Hello everyone!
Our phone has decided it also wanted to retire, but six weeks prior to Dr Geiger, which is a little bit problematic. We will try to see if we can find a solution tomorrow but in the meantime, if anybody had an issue post surgery or an urgent question, you are welcome to call me (Annette) and I will do my best to answer your question ❤️
Thank you for your patience

It’s time we say goodbye to Dr. Geiger, who has been a wonderful vet in Sierra Vista since 2001. He graduated from vet school in 1976 and has spent many years caring for our pets. In 2001 Dr. Geiger moved to Sierra Vista to retire but felt called to help our communities animals.

Dr. Geiger made sure everyone could afford good pet care by offering reduced-cost services. He has helped so many families and pets in our community.

We are so grateful for his kindness and dedication. Dr. Geiger, we wish you a happy and relaxing retirement. Sierra Vista will always remember you.

Thank you for everything!

Why is dental care so important for our canine friends?

Approximately 80% of dogs over the age of 3 years have gingivitis or periodontal disease.

Preventing organ damage is a very important one of a few reason. Bacteria in the plaque can enter the bloodstream and spread to the heart, kidneys, and liver. This spread of bacteria, called bacteremia, can damage organs and make dogs quite sick. Good oral health will help prevent bacteremia and subsequent organ damage.

We can help you keep your canine friend healthy!
