A PSA to anyone that may have heard that we have been having to cancel some appointments recently…

For those we’ve had to cancel on, we are very sorry.. I understand it’s a very frustrating situation. We hate it as well..

For context, we had actually stopped accepting new clients (any new dogs) at the beginning of 2023 because we were much too busy and our regulars were suffering for it. We were able to start accepting new pets only in August of 2023 after hiring a couple new groomers. One of them quit after only a few months and the other quit only a couple of weeks ago. After losing both of them, we were just simply unable to continue grooming the amount of dogs that we had taken on to sustain the 2 extra groomers. I am so very sorry for this! 💔

For anyone wondering, Britni and I are the main groomers that have been with the Pink Poodle for the longest amount of time and we are not going anywhere! So if you’re wondering if your dog’s groomer was the one that left, the answer is no 😁

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to some people and thanks to everyone for your understanding 🙏🏼 We certainly wouldn’t cancel on anyone if we had any other choice.. 🥲

Just a PSA to all concerned clients: 😁

I have listed the Pink Poodle with a realtor to gauge the amount of interest in the property. We are NOT planning to shut down. Depending on the potential offers made on the property, we may relocate to West Siloam in the future if possible. It is extremely difficult and expensive to run a small business in Arkansas and I am just exploring my options.
