Today was my first serious baking day. I baked 4 different kinds of treats. Roasted chickpeas. (Garbanzo beans.) Sweet potato pretzels, quinoa & flaxseed recharge biscuits and Anzac dog biscuits.
Yes, I tasted each type. I also have my in-house tasters. 🐕🐕
I'm noting what I'll do differently, like weighing things, so they're even. What other items I need in my kitchen, a pastry brush... More cookie sheets... Etc.
All in all, I think it was an excellent day. Now to package and deliver the samples!
