I've officially been accepted as a WAFA vendor for February! The show will run through Facebook live the weekend of the 21st! I will be creating an event later in the week when I receive my time slot! So exciting though!

I hope everyone has been staying warm during this cold snap! I’ve been having nothing but water problems so haven’t been able to get any dyeing done. I might try to get some rolags and things made up this week. I’ve been knitting a lot lately. I finished a pair of socks for my daughter in four days which is a new record and I just finished one sock for my son so I’m trying to get the second one finished up.

So what’s everyone working on? I’ve also been thinking about doing a weekly live as a check in to show what I’m working on. I was just curious what everyone would be interested in seeing!

The bunnies are doing well. I gave them a whole bunch of straw to hunker down in before it got too cold last week and they have been having a good old time digging around in that. Next week is looking like it should warm up hopefully!

I'm hoping to get the dye pots going again this week and work on some more rolags and angora blends! I have been working up a 90/10 blend of Cormo and Angora that is so so soft!

My goal for this year is to figure out how to dye self striping yarn which is turning out more difficult than I thought it would be. I'm also trying to make more time for spinning and working on my plying abilities.

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying 2025 so far.

Decided to switch my sock knitting up a bit this time and start both at the same time. I’m hoping this helps cure the second sock syndrome I usually experience. Also switched to metal needles because my kittens have destroyed my wooden ones. They’re working out so nice I also ordered some metal DPNs 😊

Bunny cages are clean as a whistle finally. I love doing a big deep clean before winter hits.

Since I have downsized a lot in the past few years I have all boys right now. The top right cage is my old boy Jackson(Harlequin) and he is the father to all my other boys. Top Left is Evan(Lilac Tort) and bottom right is Hank(Black Tort) who are brothers. Bottom left is Clyde(broken black tort) and middle right is Arlo(Black Tort).

Next on the to-do list is fall haircuts ✂️
