Parents: We are seeing a very high number of Kennel Cough cases in the community. We ask that you please monitor all symptoms your pup may be showing. We are truly trying to do our part, but need your help keeping it under control by limiting the pups that come into the facility, and making sure to send home anyone exhibiting symptoms home. If you think it is allergies or possibly flu/cold/kennel cough we ask that you please speak with your vet. Be sure before bringing you pups in for play or stay to update your emergency contacts and any other changes on your pups account. Thank you all for vour patience, we appreciate every single one of you!

Please protect our furry friends from fleas and ticks. These parasites not only cause discomfort and itching, but they can also transmit diseases and infest your home. Without proper treatment, they can make your four-legged family members (and other members of your family) downright miserable, and that’s nothing no loving animal owner wants! We ask that you treat your pets monthly or as directed by your treatment choice, this is a requirement for our facility. If staff notices excessive scratching, fleas, flea dirt, and/or ticks your pup or cat will be turned away or sent home.

Unfortunately, we will have to temporarily close daycare until further notice. Due to the uptick in Covid, Flu, and RSV cases we are currently short staffed. We will provide an update tomorrow (11/28/2022) afternoon. This temporarily closure will be reviewed on a day to day basis. All dogs and cats that are currently boarding are fine. Staff will be on site, but will only open the doors for pick-ups. Thank you for your understanding.

On the morning of 10/01/2022 located two doors down from us, had a fire inside their facility. between them and us sustained damage as well. The Ventura County Fire Department responded quickly and in great numbers to keep the fire from spreading to the whole shopping center. Our staff with the help of and local residents, safely evacuated all dogs that were at the facility.

We are eternally grateful for our wonderful staff and community members. We ask that our pet parents please log in and update their emergency contacts and continue to practice kenneling, leash walking, and simple commands with their doggos. All of your furbabies did amazing yesterday during a stressful situation. We hope to open our doors ASAP.
