Had an incredible day with my amazing staff
We will sadly miss Lindsey as she is leaving to go back to College at BYU and we are hopeful that Kimberly will have time to continue working while continuing her veterinary schooling remotely.
We welcome our new veterinary technician Marilyn and of course this all wouldn’t be possible without our amazing receptionist Danielle.

Here’s a link to the CDC for current information about the virus

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a virus (more specifically, a coronavirus) identified as the cause of an outbreak of respiratory illness first detected in Wuhan, China.

Attention Clients

Due to the recent outbreak of corona virus we are taking extra precautions in order to minimize risk of viral transmission and are following the strict guidelines advised by the CDC
( center for disease control )

1. LIMIT EXPOSURE
- Please do NOT enter the animal hospital if you have any symptoms suggestive of cold or flu (fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat) -Humans with symptoms
must STAY HOME to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
-If your pet is ill and you are sick
we can have a telemedicine conference with the doctor via email. A thorough history of your pets symptoms can be discussed and the doctor will advise you what needs to be done to help your pet. But remember to STAY HOME if you are sick!

2. SOCIAL DISTANCING
You must keep a distance of 6 feet from all others while at the animal hospital including while in the examination room. Humans can spread the virus while not showing symptoms during early stages of infection and during recovery

3. HYGIENE
Wash your hands before and after going out of the house, and after touching things while you are out. This included cell phones. I highly recommend wiping down and disinfecting your cell phones!

4. ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS
The veterinarian and staff may choose to wear a mask and gloves to help minimize the risk of viral transmission.
It is also a promise my promise to you that if anyone on staff becomes ill, they will not be alowed to report to work

5. PETS
If you are sick you should minimize contact with your pets or have another family member or friend take over care.

WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER
PLEASE HELP US STAY SAFE DURING THE CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK

Sincerely,
Dr. Jennifer Stirewalt DVM

This is Baloo. He’s a 1 1/2 yr old English Labrador that needs a good home. His owner was moving and couldn’t take him along. He’s a super sweet boy with lots of energy. He’s just been neutered and vaccinated. He will be going to a rescue Friday if we can’t find him a good home by then. Let us know ASAP if you are interested.
