Pretty tough for us to rescue dogs at risk of euthanasia, when we haven’t received enough in donations for dogs currently in our care

Clyde needed to be treated for infection in both ears caused by allergies. His care and medication cost over $500. Yet, we haven’t received even $200 in donations

This is exactly why our intake remains closed. Please donate

We had few options when it came to saving Locke’s life. He was scheduled to be euthanized while at the San Bernardino Animal Shelter. The staff and volunteers loved him.

Yet, we had zero fosters. This left us having to spend over $6000 to save his life by placing him into board and train. He wasn’t neutered, nor did the shelter give him a rabies vaccine, which we had to pay for.

Locke has since been adopted. Was it worth the money? Absolutely. His smile is infectious. He’s worth every penny. Please donate

Clyde’s visit to the vet yesterday is a shining example of why we’re dedicated to making a difference in the lives of dogs like him. His care alone was $450 to treat his infected ears and allergies, a testament to the impact we can have.

Add in the prescription his vet wants him to take and his care was over $500, a reminder that every donation counts. Yet, we’ve received less than $100 in donations, a call to action for those who believe in our mission. And part of that came from his own foster, a heartwarming display of compassion. Yes, his foster.

We depend on donations to care for dogs like Clyde, who was found abandoned in Fresno but is now thriving thanks to our support. He’s an amazing dog.

Our gorgeous Clyde is in need of medical attention. He’s foster told me he’s been kicking his ears, something we’ve treated before, as he suffers from allergies

We’ve had Clyde in our care now for close to a year. Just crazy for such a gorgeous boy. He’s currently fostered with a little dog and has tested well with a cat

He was found as a stray in an orchard in Fresno. Shortly after accepting him into our rescue he had to be admitted into an emergency room after a large abscess was discovered on his prostate. We have in excess of $6000 into his care

Why am I constantly asking for donations? Theses are both of Baby Lacy’s surgically repaired legs. Held together by pins and plates

She was surrendered to the Bakersfield Animal Shelter unable to walk. The people that surrendered her refused to tell staff what happened to her.

Her surgeries cost $14,000 as two board certified orthopedic surgeons were required to save her legs. Her rehabilitation took over six months. She know lives with the same family they adopted Hope

Needless to say, few rescues could have taken such a task on. We refused to let her die

That damn Mark is constantly asking for donations. Yep, donations to save lives. Donations because we lack fosters and the only chance we have to save their lives is to place them into board and train.

Each dog had cost us a minimum of $5800. Most have been adopted. So, I can either sit on my ass and watch these amazing dogs being euthanized or ask for your help. I choose to ask for donations

Yet, there are an endless number of dogs needing rescue. Dexter is proof. He was euthanized days ago by the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter. Wish I could save them all

Why am I constantly inspiring generosity? Let’s do the math. Last year it cost $267,000 to fuel our compassionate rescue mission. That isn’t a typo. And no one in our rescue receives a salary. No one. Here are just a few of the dogs your kindness helped

For those that don’t understand why I’m suing the Haven Pet Center in San Jacinto, maybe this will help

One of our supporters told me this 18 year old female chihuahua was turned into the Palmdale Animal Shelter two days ago. Apparently, a rescue contacted them to save her. Their foster went to the shelter today only to be told she had been euthanized

The laws must change. These shelters must be held accountable. I’m trying. It’s become a financial crisis for our rescue. We’ve spent thousands on attorney fees, while rescuing dogs that were scheduled to be euthanized

Help make a difference by donating. Her intake was A5688066. I don’t see her listed on their website

We are facing a financial crisis. We’ve been unable to rescue dogs in the past few months due to a lack of funding. We have ongoing expenses for dogs currently in our care. We have several dogs that haven’t been adopted in years Coco was adopted and returned after 7 months.

Dogs we thought would be quickly adopted haven’t. And we recently spent $5800 placing Bella Into board and train. And we are suing a shelter for unlawfully killing several dogs

For $5 Friday, I’ve chosen our gorgeous Sadie Hawkins. What an amazing transformation. Found as a stray after being used by a backyard breeder

She ended up at the Haven Pet Center in San Jacinto, where she never received medical attention. Was left to tremble in fear in her kennel.

No one was going to adopt her looking the way she did. She most certainly would have been euthanized. Donations literally saved her life. What was wrong with her. Food allergies. That was it. We changed her food.

We use donations to help rescue gorgeous dogs like Sadie. Please donate

Brad Pit is another dog that will most likely lose his life because of a lack of donations and fosters. I don’t ask for donations because I have nothing better to do.

I ask for donations because only 1 in 600 pit bulls make it out of a shelter alive
