Everome Farm & The Richardson Family
Mike and Jessie Richardson bring to Evermore a combined 70 years experience in the show horse industry. The horses industry has been both a passion and way of life. Each brining their own set of strengths to the table. Mike focuses on the daily training and management of the show string while Jessie’s first passion has always been instruction. Together they bring horse and rider together for the show ring. Evermore Farm is the second joint venture for this team, first working together for the Grom family at their Revelation Farm and then establishing Kierson Farm, in Flemington, NJ in 2009. Kierson Farm quickly became a dominant force not only in the north east but also on the the grander national stage. Mike and Jessie were guardians of a large string of show horses that competed nationally and locally, their farm was also home to a robust lesson program servicing over 200 lessons per week as well as a large scale summer day camp. The Richardson’s earned 38 World and National Titles to their credit while working as a team in NJ from 2005 - 2015. Not to mention the collections of World and National Champions to Mike’s credit before joining forces with Jessie. In 2015 the Richardsons' and their young daughter made a leap, they sold their business in NJ and took a two year sabbatical to the Virgin Islands. After as much fun and sun as these tried and true horsemen could handle the decision was made to return to the horse industry, this time settling in Shelbyville, Ky . Upon arrival in Kentucky, Evermore Farm was established, in July of 2017. Mike and Jessie are committed to continuing their tradition of excellence in their new Kentucky home. Mike and Jessie have specific plans for Evermore, with just 15 training stalls and 10 school horses they are committed to establishing a program that focuses on quality above all else. They are committed to keeping their operation small and intimate, only accepting as many clients as they feel they can service with the highest level of attention.
MIke and Jessie share their farm, business and passion with their 7 year old daughter Molly. Molly loves her pony Daisy and all her barn friends. She has recently become a show ring star in her own right, brining home a Reserve National Academy Championship.
Mike Richardson is also father to Ashley Wilson, who is herself a many many times over World Champion rider. Ashley now lives in Florida with her Husband and golden doodle Oakley.
