Please welcome Erin Brett as the new manager of Paw Meadow Dog Park! We'll be working to transition Erin over the coming weeks. Please say hello when you see her at the park!

"My name is Erin, I'm 24 years old, and I couldn't be more pleased to be the new manager of Paw Meadow. I grew up in Simsbury and have loved going to Paw Meadow with my family's dogs and now my own dog, Piper. I am the office manager of Welden Hardware and was a veterinary technician for 5 years. I have a deep love for animals and a desire to be more connected to my community, so I can't wait to continue all of the great work Nikki has done and continue to grow the Paw Meadow family!"

Congratulations and Welcome Erin!

After 14 years of volunteering for Paw Meadow Dog Park, first as a committee member, and then as our manager, Nikki Perry is resigning from her position. As she rides off on her next adventure (window open and tongue out!), we wish her well and thank her for her many years of dedication and hard work. With her departure, our park is in need of a new steward to take over responsibilities and carry Paw Meadow forward with improvements, oversee maintenance and continue to preserve the park. If you are interested in helping to keep this award winning, volunteer sustained, town amenity beautiful, please reach out to Culture, Parks and Recreation Director, Tom Tyburski at [email protected].
