✨It’s fish spotlight!✨
Clown Loaches

The clown loach (Chromobotia macracanthus), or tiger botia, is a tropical freshwater fish belonging to the botiid loach family.

They are a peaceful fish who prefer to be in schools and coexist with nearly any tank mate, except snails. They may enjoy snails for a snack.

Water quality is critical for keeping them healthy, they prefer an aquarium with a pH of 7-7.5.

Clown loaches love to find enclose spaces such as caves tubes or any hides-holes they can find in the tank.

This week we have Blue Hippo Tangs

Blue Hippo Tangs also known as Paracanthurus hepatus, has many different names: blue tang, doctorfish, common surgeon, and many more. But most people now them as either a blue hippo tang or a dory! 🐠🌊

Some fun facts about The blue tang fish can grow to quite a decent size, with adults typically measuring up to 12 inches long! Also Blue tangs can live more than 30 years in the wild! 🐟🪸

In the store you can always find these fish scattered in many tanks with different sizes of these beautiful tangs!

Morgan has been with us for over a year now! He is very knowledgeable when it comes to freshwater fish, saltwater fish, and plants! 🪴 🐠

Morgan is always ready to help our customers set up their tanks, pick out fish, or even pick out plants!

Often times you’ll find him grabbing fish, answer questions, and setting up new displays! 🌊🪸

And when he’s not at the store you can find him working on his fish tanks, hanging out with his lion fish, hanging out with his dog, and playing video games! 🎮 🐶🐠
