Good morning, unfortunately I had to implement a booking deposit for our booking system as people were making last minute decisions to either cancel or move their appointments.

While I understand things happen and am happy to move your appointment, I am a small business and I cannot afford holes in the schedule.
Going forward, if you need to reschedule, you can do so free of charge as long as the changes are applied 3 days prior to your appointment. This gives me the time to fill that spot. If you change your appointment less than 3 days before your appointment, half of your appointment total will need to be paid before I can move you to a new spot and is not transferable to the new appointment. Deposit is not charged until you have (a) chosen to reschedule too late and the appointment is in less than 3 days of the reschedule request, or (b) you have chosen to cancel too late and it is less than 3 days to the appointment. If the cancellation/reschedule deposit needs to be implemented and cannot be applied due to blocked or insufficient funds, if recourse has not been reached within 48 hours of attempting to reconcile, you will be blocked from using our services going forward.
