Last fall (09/23), I was abused by Dakota News Now (DNN). Because of their willingness to broadcast false allegations-without ANY investigation, my business took a steep decline. I offered Beth Warden ("reporter" for Dakota News Now) the opportunity to come in and watch the entire event on a larger, clearer monitor, but she declined. DNN broadcasted a few seconds of video taken from MY system that a customer (Krissy Schaeffer (605) 216-3624) recorded on her cellphone-from her partner's cellphone. She recorded somebody else's dogs and posted the video everywhere. Schaeffer & DNN neglected to show the seconds earlier when I was bitten by the German shepherd. Fortunately, customers with my free app on their phone could watch the entire episode-the total incident-showing the dog trying to wriggle out of his collar, while trying to bite me again. Sioux Falls Animal Control came in and watched the entire episode on my larger, clearer monitor. They asked a few questions, shrugged their shoulders, left and closed their investigation. I will continue to offer complete transparency (video access to customers) and not change the way HP conducts business. Because of this, I am no longer active on my business page.
