We’re super excited to announce the first phase of our new outdoor play area has been completed! The fence is up! Phase two will begin shortly with an air dry underlay and artificial grass to cover the concrete! Stay tuned!

As most know by now, an EF-1 tornado did significant damage to our city on Wednesday, displacing many residents and their pets.

We are opening all of our regular kennels (20 in total) at a 50% discount to those in need of a loving place for their pets while they figure out a more permanent solution. If you or anyone you know has been negatively affected, please contact us at (985) 214-9072 and we will do everything we can to help.

We have already had several people inquire about how they can help so we have set up a donation drive to help care for these pets in need.

Time - 8am to 6pm

Items accepted - blankets/towels/beds, unopened dog and cat food/treats, new toys, leashes/collars/harnesses, carriers
*please only give new items or items in excellent condition
**weather permitting, the drop off area will be by the deck by the side door just past the overhang and will be clearly labeled. Throughout the day we will pack things up and move them inside until we can get them to the shelters.
