This is seasonal information. Two to three hairs are present in a dogs hair follicle. When you shave without removing the hair your groomer stopped the shedding process and now up to 20 hairs are in the same follicle that is why some dogs grow back in patches.

Have you ever been told "your dog will act better if you don't go back to watch him/her being groomed?"After 31 years of being in the pet care business I can honestly say in most cases that is true. We have come up with the solution when you have grooming questions to what goes on behind the doors. Your pet is on camera and we can show you a video on request. That being said we can also show you if your dog has behavior issues that cause extra time which changes the price etc. we think at Canine Connection this a "win win" for all🐾

Shaving down your pet is not always the answer to making him or her cooler. That breaks the shedding cycle which can lead to skin problems. Consult with one of our Pet Care Professional's for the best groom for your dog or cat.

Anita is currently at the kennel waiting out the storms with your pups! Everyone is doing great and is safe and sound.

This sweet girl was diagnosed with Addison's last week but thank goodness she is better. With a monthly shot it will be kept under control. The big blessing to this story is the company that makes her medicine is donating it to her owners❤️
