Good morning everyone! Today is Thursday 8/22.
I wanted to reach out and ask anyone that is a regular client of mine that is not on a standing schedule to please contact me as soon as possible to get on the schedule.
I am very full right now up until Christmas and there are a very few spots left.
Now that school is in my hours will be
Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm
I will only be working one to two Saturdays a month, they are already booked for the rest of the year.

I am following the weather for Thursday and Friday closely. If you are booked for either one of these dates, I will post here if I need to close down for those days and I will also text you. They are calling for extreme flooding and I do not want anyone on the road if it gets that bad!

Hello all! I have openings next week for bathing and full groom appointments.
Tuesday 7/30 -Friday 8/2 and I am also working Saturday 8/3 with available appointments.

If you are not already doing so, please get your pet on a set schedule with me. School starts back August 26th for my children and I will have a more limited schedule. I will be working one or two Saturdays a month once school is in.

Also, I realize this is early but keep in mind the holidays will be here before we know it.
Go ahead if you are able and schedule your pet for grooming so they are clean and ready to eat Turkey and open presents!

Unfortunately, cancellations and no shows have become a huge problem lately. So I will be updating this policy and having all clients sign it.
I understand things come up, and I do appreciate anyone taking the courtesy to cancel, but this is my income. Canceling day of or just not showing up with no notice takes away that income I am planning on to pay bills and gives me no time to fill that spot to make it up.
I pay for a service to remind my clients three days prior to your appointment and also another one the day before.
I hope everyone can understand the position I am in and why I am having to do this.

Be advised
Grooming clients: Please be aware of the bridge that is closed on 210 hwy. If you are coming down 210 from Smithfield, you will not be able to access Galilee road from that way. The best way is to go through town. If you need to reroute, the address is 375 Galilee Road Smithfield 27577
This will be closed for about a year.

Happy Birthday Charlie!!

Good morning! Posting my July Saturdays I will be working, July 16th, 23rd and 30th. If you’d like an appt for one of these days please text me at 919-518-4612. Current clients only please. My grooming will be closed for 4th of July, these dates include Saturday July 2nd-Monday July 4th I will be on vacation before school starts back from August 6th-15th. Please note once school starts back I will be working from 9 am-5 pm Monday -Friday only. I will work my schedule as best I can if someone needs to come in earlier than 9 am.
