Few reminders just to keep everything moving smoothly…

🐾If you are running late, please let me know. Being late past 15 mins without letting me know may result in rescheduling the appt along with a fee for not coming at scheduled time
🐾 please have pets on leashes or in your arms at time of drop off. No dog should run in the building or in the potty area without a leash for safety reasons.
🐾 now requiring 48 hour notice for cancellations. Unfortunately 24 hours doesn’t seem to give me enough time to fill that canceled spot. Last minute cancellations are defined as less than a 48 hour notice and a $25 cancellation fee. No show no calls are charged 100% of scheduled appt cost.
I’ve had to reach out multiple times the last few weeks to see if clients are going to make their appt or not. This is time taken from someone else’s appointment and slows the day down all together. If there is any other way of me helping out reminder wise, please let me know. Thank you!

With the busyness of the summer, I have missed handing this out to some clients so I will post here just in case.

Dear Clients,
First off, thank you for choosing me to be your pet(s) groomer. I really do appreciate you trusting me with your fuzzy family member! There have been a few changes this year and to keep everything running as smoothly as possible, I will be sending this out to all of my clients. A lot of it is just reminders of policy’s and such. *Payment is cash or card please
*All pets are required to be current on rabies, distemper parvo and bordetella
*Please arrive on time for drop off. If you are running behind please text me and let me know. Longer than 15 mins may require rescheduling your appointment and a missed appt fee.
*CANCELLATIONS: Must give 24 hr of cancellation. I need this time to fill that spot, but I am appreciative of you letting me know. A $25 fee will be added to next bill if a 24 hr notice is not given.
**NO SHOWS: this is no notice given of missed appt. I pay every month for reminders to go out for all appts in hopes of avoiding this issue. If no notice is given, you will be charged for the entirety of missed appt immediately through a texted invoice.
Unfortunately, there will be price increases. Please keep in mind, my business expenses are continuously going up. This affects grooming prices. They will not always be the same. Please check with me to know your bill before pickup if needed. A lot of bigger dogs will have a higher increase due to more products being used and the time it takes to groom and wash them. Things that increase grooming costs are as follows:
Matted dogs
Fleas
Skin issues
Medicated baths( take longer and cost more)
Behavior issues
Super dirty dogs
Excessively shedding dogs

Even when they come on a 4-6 week schedule, coat conditions can change. I will always do my best to notify you of any changes or if I feel like a medicated bath is needed. I keep duox on hand for itchy sensitive skin and another by the same brand for ye**ty skin and paws.
Some dogs need a start to finish groom for multiple reasons. This means I work on your pet and only your pet for this appointment time. This is an extra cost. $10 for small to med sized pets. $20 for large or extra large pets.

Hi everyone!
I would like to ask that everyone keep something in mind. Yes, normally if your dog is on a set schedule the price does normally stay the same. But even on a set schedule, coat conditions can change, or our business expenses go up due to increase in product costs. When this happens, we have to increase prices. Please ask me if you need to know an exact price for your pet’s grooming service. Thank you for your consideration!!
