🛠 Fence repair update ➡️ We are on the books for repairs and should be good to go soon! We will update you on the exact date and times when we know. As for the fencing, it's still very sturdy and very safe based on a professional inspection. We are still limiting our capacity and still on small group potty break protocol! Just as a reminder we are closed January 1st to the public but will reopen January 2nd! And don't forget Miss Jade will be here on Friday! We have had an overwhelming amount of grooming and basic bath requests this week. Unfortunately Miss Jade is completely booked for haircuts until after Christmas. We do have a waitlist going for December 21st. So please let us know if you would like to be added to it. We do have basic baths/nail appointments available by appointment only! Please call or message us to get your dog smelling fresh before Christmas 🎄🐾🛁 (We are sorry if you reached out today to schedule one and we did not get back to you before closing. Bring your dogs in for a fun new enrichment activity tomorrow! We will be putting canvases in plastic baggies with peanut butter for them to lick off. This will spread the paint around and make their very own art! See you tomorrow!!

**Also! Our fencing contractor did come out and tell us that our fence is pretty sturdy despite the crash. We are still trying to limit the number of pups we have in our care until it’s fully replaced. But if your pup does stay with or come to play, we are still doing 1-2 dogs outside at a time just one safe!**

Given the day we've had, here's an appreciation post from Miss Jenny 🐾

I convinced Mr Matt after years and years, to help me open Koda’s. He put endless hours into designing exactly what I wanted while Koda and I snored next to him (🤣🥴) It's been a dream come true seeing Koda’s become what it has and a blessing to truly feel like our clients are our actual family. We've been very open about our highs and lows but we don't show you everything. Coming into sweet gifts and cards from our clients really makes our day. Especially on the hard days. These are just some of the things our amazing clients have brought us. It does not go unnoticed. We appreciate it and so do our girls. Miss Amanda and I just got a good laugh in when she told me Mr Matt even got flowers. But seriously, how sweet! We love you all. I'm going deaf and I may never get my blood pressure down from the stress of owning a small business in this economy, but then I get a big ole wet puppy kiss and I am reminded why I do it 💜

Koda’s Playhouse Fam 🐾 We've had quite a few negative responses to our price increase. We appreciate the input and will always take your thoughts and concerns into consideration. We are very aware finances are tight for everyone. Our operating expenses have gone up significantly. So while we wish these types of increases weren't necessary, they are if we are to keep our doors open. We strive to go above and beyond for our furry and human clients. As a family owned business we are hyperaware of the hardships facing our fellow neighbors. From our clients to fellow small business owners. Miss Jenny actually looses sleep over making changes like this. As a mother of 3, having worked over 15+ years in the industry, seeing countless business models, she opened Koda’s with a very specific vision in mind. We will always keep to our promise that our services will always be as affordable as we can all while providing the same level of care we'd expect for our own pets. We hope to continue to be who you trust with your fur babies because we truly do love them all. (We would like to add a special thank you to those of you have sent supportive messages and encouragement. It does not go unnoticed!)

Koda’s Playhouse Fam 🐾 Starting January 1st 2025, there will be a slight increase in the prices of our services. Our commitment to providing exceptional care remains unwavering, and this adjustment will help us continue to maintain the high standards that our furry clients have come to expect.

We understand that any price increase can be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support during this transition. We are continuously striving to enhance our offerings and will continue to provide a personalized experience to your pets. Providing upscale care and being the most affordable option for the fun-sized dog, is and will always be important to us.
