These were a hit! If you want to do one at home here’s what we used:

🎃 Pure Pumpkin Purée
🫛 Fresh Peas or Peas From A Can (Low Sodium)
🥜 A Dab Of Peanut Butter With A Pupperoni
🥣 Flaxseed Sprinkled On Top

This snack is good for digestion too! Win Win! 🐾

Pumpkin Lick-Patch was so yummy. Brisket was so excited about it 😂 - not seen is him jumping around like a mad man because he got to do it lol! Butt wiggles and all! (Also note George trying to get to it from the playroom lol Miss Jenny gave him one too lol)

Lulu has no chill when it comes to food 😆 Kirk wants us to help him eat his treats 🙃 Dolly needed some one on one support 🥴 and Olev… well she did her best but she got her teeth stuck 😂 SO much personality at Koda’s 🐾🩵

When we say, we love your dogs like our own, we mean it. Knowing we will not see their happy tails wagging walking up to our door anymore, hurts our hearts.

Unfortunately, Zarya was found but has crossed over rainbow bridge. Please keep her momma in your thoughts and prayers. It is not the outcome we hoped for but we appreciate everyone keeping an eye out and checking in. Zarya was a sweet cuddly girl who was so very loved by her family and ours.

We also found out we lost Claire Bear. She lived 14 meaningful years and brought so much joy to not only her Momma, but our staff. Claire was goofy and didn’t love our slippery floors 😂 so we often carried her and held her on our laps. Mom welcomed a new fur baby but Claire - you will be missed beyond measure.

Hug all our babies for us. We feel every loss. And we walk through the grief with you. Koda’s is a family. Rest in peace sweet girls. Thank you for letting us be the ones to love you 🐾❤️‍🩹🌈

It goes without saying - they LOVED their pumpkin & Oat chews. Miss Amanda almost lost her fingers 🤣 We have a lot of these yummy HOMEMADE sticks so we will be offering them daily for $3! You can add it as a nap time snack for daycare or bed time snack for boarding! We will also have more flavors soon! They're a nice combo of crunchy and chewy!! Ask at check in to give your pup a yummy little snackie in their cottage 🐾🍂🧡🎃

Zac approved of our pumpkin oat sticks for tomorrow's activity! 🐾🎃🧡 Also - check out Wag It Better for all your training needs! Koda's brother Zac is an $85 shelter dog turned Canine Good Citizen/Service Dog. We have only had him a year and he is the goodest boy!

Koda’s Playhouse Fam 🐾 Miss Jenny & Mr Matt were in the Burger King drive thru the other day and saw a kitten run in front of them. Then they saw 2 more. Miss Jenny obviously made Mr Matt help her catch them. Would you expect anything less? 🤣 They were able to trap and save 2 of them. But unfortunately the black and white one had to be humanely euthanized because it was hit by a car. So while they were unable to save, Whopper Jr (named by Mr Matt who loved on it until the very end), they were able to save Chicken Fry (gray) and Nugget (orange) 🩶🧡 They are safely decompressing in their bathroom, getting socialized, and awaiting a vet visit on Tuesday. So if anyone is interested in adopting one or both of these cuties when they're ready, please reach out! (Also side note - owning Koda’s Playhouse has made Mr Matt a softie 🤣🤣)
