Candy Miner, aka “Maybelle,” is a 2019 stocky 15.3h chestnut mare OTTB with a flashy gait. Originally adopted from the New Vocations program, Maybelle has now been schooling under saddle and shows promise as a dressage prospect. She has been taken o/f before, but that has not been our focus recently. Her comfort in the contact gets stronger with every ride, and she consistently wants to please in the ring. Because she is still green, she does require an experienced rider at this time - she’d be a great candidate for a professional or AA working with a trainer, who’s looking for a fantastic mover on a budget.

Anyone who has worked with horses knows that it takes a village, and we sure are proud of ours! Please keep Dr. Tiffany Nichols and her son Eli in your thoughts and prayers after this tragic loss. For those who have not personally met Tiffany out at the barn yet, she has become my right hand for keeping our horses healthy, and is an incredibly kind and compassionate vet and friend.
