LR Ranch AQHA breeder, raising horses with size, bone and most of all good minds. LR performance horses is a working ranch that backgrounds and grazes yearlings.

We do all of our cattle work horse back, therefore we need good solid horses that can do a days work. We breed and ride primarily Blue Valentine bloodlines, We have found that they have the dispostion, ability and the willingness to get the job done better than any other breed. We stand Leo Hancock Hazz and breed our mares and a few outside horses each year. He is a 15.2 1300 lb Blue Roan stud th

at really produces good colts with the size and willingness to please. We breed him but he also works hard on the ranch as a using horse as well. We keep several good broke geldings around most all of the time.

Here is a nice 11yr old AQHA gelding, that belongs to my neighbor. He has had him since he was a three-year-old. He’s super gentle, good handle, stands 15.1 HH, one hand neck rein. He has not been trained in any special discipline. He is still young enough to learn the barrel pattern or whatever you want to do. No bad habits, 100% sound. Sneads Fl 6 🥕
