If you want to follow the adventures of the litter, I’ve set up a group page that will be ran collectively by the litter owners.

It’s called “Blueskye Brittany litter owners” and is a private group.

Redmon is the only puppy remaining with us and we are planning to keep him unless another wonderful family presents itself.

The activity on this page will decrease as it will be a year before we attempt to breed again.

Congratulations to Poppy! She’s found a forever home in Virginia. Best wishes to my snuggle buddy. She’ll have her own boy and not have to share him with another dog. She’ll also have two cats to keep her in line. We are grateful for another great family to raise one of the puppies!

Why is it so important to keep your pets nails short? This is why! Proper posture takes pressure of the skeleton and allows for proper muscle engagement. This protects joints because once we lose the integrity of a joint it can never be healed completely. Whether your pet can wear down their nails by themselves or they need help from you, please listen for the sound of nails clacking on hat dust faces when they walk by you. That is an indication that they need some nail care!

Blue is very gentle with the puppies. He helps with cleaning them. He’s with Lily and Clover in this clip.

The puppies were playing king of the hill on the mulch pile. It was great to tire them out but they are very dirty now. 🧼 tomorrow

Sage is independent and confident. She likes to explore.

Lily, female #3, is enjoying her time outside today.

Clover’s second day going outside. She was so excited, running around, which made her hard to film.

Poppy spent her outdoor time first chewing on the things around her, then exploring the area. She’s a sweet girl, likes to lick your face.

Finally Saturday and Sage (female #5) gets some time to explore outside. She’s turning into a climber of the exercise fence gate. She’s the largest puppy of the litter.

The puppies created an escape hole on the cooleroo and they are having a blast playing on it with the crinkle duck.

Hanging out in the kitchen with Skye, who really likes playing with the new toys too. Skye was kind enough to clean up after the litter had it’s first meal. The litter will be weaned over the next few weeks.

They began the week wobbling around and after a couple of days, it’s full on wrestling. The liver and white female puppies —Zinnia and Sage—play together before engaging with others in the litter. Zinnia starts the video clip on top of Sage.
