Our gates here at the farm went through a major restoration and signage upgrade this summer! Just re-installed this morning. HUGE thank you to Johansen Mechanical Inc of Monroe who performed all the work... from design to removal to repair to powder coating to laser cutting to welding to install. They were amazing and fun to work with. Thank you Dan, Kevin and Josh and team! We love showing off your work!!!

32.5 horses arrived today! Ok… horsepower that is! The new farm Ventrac is ready to tackle mowing jobs in half the time and will be put to work soon mowing our new derby field in the west part of the property!

Team Equidae Farm had a fabulous time competing ! Sarah Hallman-Luhn and Vantage Point competed in the Jr/Am 1.10m taking the win in Saturdays Jump off. The pair also had great results in the combined 3ft Equitation. What a way to begin the 2024 competition season!

The Equidae Farm team had a great week at the Swiftwater Invitational! It was great returning to the horse park and seeing all of our amazing friends! Kingston and Ella Luhn had great trips in the 14-17 age group equitation, Taylor Harris medal, and large hunters 3ft. Vantage Point and Sarah took home reserve in both the 3’3” performance hunters and the adult equitation. It was a fantastic week all around! Looking forward to one more week of showing in beautiful Cle Elum!

Tractoring in the snow this morning to clear the driveways and parking lot here at Equidae Farm! The horses are all snuggled up in their winter blankets enjoying the barn which stays at a comfortable 40 degrees. Welcome to Equidae Farm the Northwests state-of-the-art hunter jumper, dressage, and eventing facility.

Engaging Experience At Equidae Farm we encourage owners to take an active role in caring for their horse and being involved in our farm community. Positive horsemanship is a core value at the farm... from riding lessons that include thoughtful goal setting and training plans for each rider, to attentive ground manners and appropriate grooming for every horse. We emphasize learning both in and out of the saddle. Our hunter/jumper show-oriented program includes traditional riding lessons and training rides for horses. The program also provides riders learning opportunities and the responsibility for hands-on horse care, equine science, nutrition, and building a show plan for you and your equine partner.

Our Focus At Equidae Farm we focus on Training, Educating, and Mentoring both horse and rider.

Training horses to reach their potential with an eye for safety and strong horse/rider harmony... all while presenting strong show standards in preparation for the competitive ring.
