🌟Jemma 🌟

Miss Jemma is a total sweetheart. A little shy at first meeting, she will loosen up and snuggle as long as you will let her. And, with winter coming, who doesn’t want a snuggle buddy.

Jemma is just over a year old, moderate energy and low drive. She wants to be with her person and is very polite. During her time in foster, she has been pretty quiet, but will occasionally give a sassy whine or bark to get your attention. She is also a whole body “tail” wagger.

Jemma has done well riding in the car, so-so at the vet’s office and slow introductions are needed to other dogs. Her foster family has recommended slow intros for people and dogs alike as Jemma can get a little overwhelmed.

Jemma is working on:
✅ Sit
✅ Down
✅ Come
✅ Wait
✅ Load up
She is house trained and working on crate training. She is a sensitive gal and will need soft corrections, especially as she builds her confidence. Jemma would do great with an active, but calm family. She would do fine with older kids and another dog (with slow introductions).
