Call Kill Consume Northwest We are a group of close friends who Hunt Fish and Consume our bounty from the land while documenting our journeys on public land and waterways

Call Kill Consume is a group of outdoorsmen who are Active duty Navy, Veterans and close civilian friends that originated in Washington state While serving together. Our purpose is to bring you information and updates with our outdoor adventures throughout the United States we are not limited to just in state hunting as we will make a few special trips throughout chasing the migration. Please take

Finally some decent weather here in the PNW and knocked the dust off the boat since January and hit the river with some friends and the kiddos

Today was a rough day, so many memories went thru my head , I chose to take the day off to get some time in the field with my dogs enjoying the last 4 days of waterfowl season but it only took a turn for the worse as I watched Ava leave this world. I remember the day Ava was Born and picked her because she had Mickey Mouse ears for markings , I remember as Annie laid there and whelped her out. I remember the day she battled her first Canada goose or caught a Tweetie bird and brought it to me after being home from bird dog school and was so proud. This morning was her last hunt I put her E-collar on her and she knew that was her sign it was about time to do some work for the day , but it was a little early and she caught wind of some birds in a ditch and bolted across the highway as we were from the parking spot to the field and in the blink of a eye was taking out instantly. If only I woulda been a little more cautious she never bolted across the road before . I think it was harder dropping her off to be cremated and telling the kids all dogs go to heaven. It’s gonna be hard to not have her so happy to see me as I let her in from being outside to just nudging me to pet her. Ava will be missed
