Blanket Express Newsletter:
The leaves are starting to fall, and the weather has started to change. We know that means your laundry needs will be changing as well. We wanted a way to help keep our wonderful customers updated, and with that comes our first ever Blanket Express Newsletter. We plan to do these quarterly (or more) to help keep you all in the know.
We value our customers a great deal and we want you to know that we take pride in keeping your equine belongings clean and getting them back to you smoothly. We have spent the past five years working with Hexi-Tech to develop protocols to protect your belongings while in our care. We have cameras all throughout our shop to help track your items during their time with us. We have cameras in each station, and have our drivers take pictures upon pick up and delivery. If you ever suspect that there is a problem, or that you have a missing item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We use these to help us solve those problems and get your items back to you quickly. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
Pickup slips are an important key to our success. We rely heavily on the slips for all our information. Please make sure that your items are all in bags and that each bag you send in has a pickup slip that is filled out clearly and completely. This lets us know how to contact you, where your items go, and what services you want. If there is ever anything else you need to relay to us, please feel free to write additional notes on the slips. In order to keep your bags lasting long (and our drivers backs) please try to keep bags at 2 blankets per bag.
All items must be paid for before they can be delivered. We do our best to let you know if there are issues with credit cards on file, or email addresses. However, due to high volumes we can’t always call you. We will ALWAYS send any issues through email. We write notes at the top of your invoices to relay that information to you. Another important piece to remember is that sometimes we do hide in your spam folders. Please keep an eye on those, we have been hearing more and more lately that our invoices and emails have been hiding in there. If you ever need to update your information, please do feel free to call. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail and we will call you back.
We love that we can come out to your barn to pick up your belongings. We are constantly adding new stops to our routes. We also service several local stores that you may drop off at. Stores that we pick up from are Issaquah Grange, First Fruits Feed, Olson’s Tack, Buckley Farm and Feed, Branex, Reber Ranch, Monroe Co-Op, Monroe Coastal, Snohomish Co-Op, Clearview Gunns, Lake Stevens Co-Op, Everett Co-Op, Marysville Coastal, Stanwood Farmers Supply, North West Tack consignment, Mt. Vernon Coastal, Auburn Coastal, K&S Saddlery, Purdy Cenex, and Poulsbo Cenex. They will take any blankets you have.
We have had a large influx of blankets not being paid for lately. If you suspect you may have an order still sitting in our shop, please reach out. We are running out of room for these orders and would really love to get them back to you. This also applies to our store locations; they also do not have the storage. With that, any invoices that are not paid for within one month of being ready may be charged a late fee that can continue to accrue each month. Any orders that have been sitting for 6 months or longer will be considered abandoned.
