Our Story
Horseshoe L Ranch is the home to a big family that is continuing the legacy of C. Leon Bigler who was loved by his daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Leon was always proud of his horses and the confirmation they had. He had many sayings, also known as Leon-isms. One of his most famous, “We’re not the best in the west but we ain’t the worst in the east and we’re second to none.”
Leon had great pride in the Horseshoe L Ranch. We are turning it into what Leon had always dreamed, a full service, working horse ranch. We are known in our town here in Snowflake AZ for having excellent quarter horses. We have horses that are now doing roping, barrel racing, and are excellent for trail riding. All of our horses are registered through AQHA. They love what they do and we love them.
