This gentle giant received a clean bill of health today at Animal Medical Clinic. He had a chance to get some love from the ladies at the clinic as well which made him quite happy. Neuter on Monday and then we will start scheduling opportunities for people to meet him! We have come to the conclusion that he is more than likely lab/dane.

It’s been a whole year working with this badass! And I don’t use that description lightly. She is just that!!! A no BS, kind of girl. She is tough as nails and so funny! She has a way of making a tough day fun. I am so grateful for her hard work and dedication to our Pack. She shows up for early mornings and stays for late nights to make sure our pack dog’s needs are met.

Thank you Lilly for being such a hard worker, and everything you’ve put into helping North River Pack grow to what it is today. The many services we are able to offer to our pack is due to your dedication and commitment. I’m grateful for you and I know our pack is too!! 🩷

News on Nash!🗞️🐕

You may have seen photos of our newest North River Pack member, Nashville, Nash for short, floating around on social media.

Nash was spotted roaming several times around Christmas in the FRIGID❄️ weather. This tough pooch was found sleeping in a field and we took him in. After cleaning him up, it didn’t take us long to realize that despite his size, this boy is as gentle and loving as they come!

Here’s what we observe about Nash:
🦴He is likely around a year of age.
🦴He is tall! We predict he will be a fairly large dog by the time he finishes growing.
🦴We’d guess that Nash is a lab mix, likely with a big breed like Great Dane or Mastiff.
🦴Nash fits right in with the pack! He loves other dogs and playing with toys with them.
🦴He is very calm and affectionate, and loves human attention.
🦴He loves kids!
🦴This boy is smart and eager to please.
🦴Since his stay with us, Nash has become fluent in most of his basic skills!

Now we need your help to find the perfect home for Nash!

Some things to consider:
🏠Nash needs an active family that will include them in their adventures. This is very important and homes that cannot provide this will not be considered.
🏠Nash is intact, and will not be able to head to his new home before his upcoming neuter appointment.
🏠This smart boy will come with a complete training turnover session so that his new family can continue reinforcing his skills for a consistent transition period.
🏠As always, Nash will go home with a ten day camp package so he can come back to hang with the pack and keep his social manners fresh!

🐾This girl has stole my heart 💜 and has come so far in the months we have been working with her. Before she landed in her forever home life was a little confusing for her. Life is now making more sense lately and we are seeing huge changes in confidence and understanding. She has the biggest heart and loves her people with every ounce of her 110 lbs! 🐾

Winnie has mastered her basics and is now moving on to some advanced obedience skills. You might just bump into her and her Dad in public as they work on exposure to different stiulii and more impulse control!
