Will Thompson's birthday wishes came through for the Saint Annex! Wet food, SUPERB wand toys, nail clippers and a monetary donation, we are so thankful to Will and his friends!! Cupcake (black and white kitty) has adored Will since she arrived over a year ago, his family also adopted Sushi, Tripod from Annex Critter Crusaders and Glory from the shelter.
Chesapeake Central Equestrian is more than a horse riding lessons and boarding, we care about all our furry friends!

Cedar is so special. He desperately wants his humane and home! He is so attentive, fun to watch play with his toy mice and enjoys pets. A relaxed yet interactive kitty and so proper with his white gloves. He would thrive as an only kitty, or with a female kitty who is confident.

A huge thanks to Andria Pooley, Bent Creek Farm and their volunteers for a fun, relaxing, productive and spooktacular weekend. Horses and riders were able to enjoy their favorite events: dressage, cross country, stadium jumping and the best of all, a Halloween Parade! We were lucky enough to have Caitlin Clark, Santa Claus and Little Red Riding Hood join us from Chesapeake Central Equestrian 😂
These events are great opportunities for new friendships to develop or existing friends to unite. Whether it’s a few laughs, past experiences or even our rescue stories, Andria’s S2S (Slaughter to Success horses) or a cause very important to me, Saint Cat Rescue Annex, we all enjoyed our time together!

We had so much fun last weekend at the IaDCTA Championship Schooling show in Cedar Rapids. This was a great opportunity for many of my students to get horse show experience and gain confidence in their riding. Congratulations to all on a great weekend and thank you to all the family and friends that helped out with this dressage weekend!

We’re looking forward to another great show weekend at the Iowa Equestrian Center in Cedar Rapids. The Tamarack Stables and IaDCTA Championship Schooling Show is September 20th thru 23rd. I have participated several times in the past, but look forward to coaching many of my students this weekend. This is a wonderful opportunity for riders and horses to get show experience as they continue to achieve their personal goals, and have some good old fun. See you there!
