This is with full transparency we will no longer be holding horses without $100 non-refundable down payment or half of the selling price which all but the $100 would be refunded. This has come after a recent experience with holding a mare and then the buyer blocking us. We are reasonable people we ask if you are unable to pay the price and that of the delivery if needed to let us know. We allowed a 12 hour hold of non payment but after this incident there will no longer be the 12 hour hold of non payment. We are personally invested in the animals we advertise with money and emotion especially if they are ours. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you have a wonderful day. Thank you.
