My best girl worked her tail off for me in DEEP ground at the Bulls & Barrels in Wadena today!

Honestly though despite being deep and heavy, it truly was some of the best "Bulls and Barrels" ground I've ever ran on. Has been/ could have been MUCH worse! Great job arena crew and thank you for dragging every 5 for us barrel racers! Of course #1 drag man Pudgy Hiemenz nailed it (;

• How does Myofascial Release work?

Fascia surrounds and infuses within every muscle, bone, organ, nerve, blood vessel, tendon, and ligament in the body.
Fascial release therapy can help break down adhesions between the tissues to soften and re-align them, in order to free up muscles, create higher blood flow, release tension and create more muscle extension.
Myofascial release therapy is conducted by using directed, persistent, pressure much like a deep tissue massage. Precision Equine uses specialized tools to help break up the connective tissue deep within the muscle. This is done in order to allow the muscle to drain toxins and release tension, so that the muscle may reach its full extention when put to work.
Myofascial release also aids in circulation to affected areas in order to help heal injuries and allow oxygen to be spread through the body quicker.

Said goodbye to the warm summer days and finished horses, and hello to the cold and fresh colts. As much as I hate the cold, I am so excited for all the amazing horses I get to ride this winter and into next year! I will have a trailer load to haul and jockey next spring if all turns out right ♡

Up North Equine is officially BOOKED FULL through March 2022 for training horses and I couldn't be more thankful! If your wanting to get on the schedule in March please message me and I can get you the details!

We do however have room for 1-2 consignment horses currently and will be on the look out for the perfect fit for a few of our clients.

We also have a few lessons spots available Monday-Thursday times vary sometime between 1pm-7pm.

I will be offering Cryotherapy sessions only AT Northwoods Arena until November 1st. I am far to busy to travel anymore than I already will be in October.
I will be offering sessions by appointments so please send me a message for any information or questions! Pricing varies so please message me for exactly what your looking to have done.
