It’s always fun to watch the little tiny babies catch their first meal. They don’t care that the fruit flies are as big as them. It is still a tasty meal.

Jumping spiders and enclosures and more! Come make a new friend.

Everyone enjoys a little sunshine. I’m used to my turtle basking, so it is always fun when I catch one of the spiders taking in the light as well.
❤️
My little weirdo Shy Guy. He was so terribly shy but such a cutie. He sadly passed a few weeks ago, but I am happy to report that he and Pixel have created some precious babies.
❤️
Little tiny molts! It’s always fun to find little helmets when I’m ding spider maintenance.
❤️
Long time no see! It has been crazy with the holidays and the end of the semester. So many spiders have grown and one or 2 last clutches have come out from their sac. Winter is cold but spiders are still cute, so enjoy some of these older pictures while we get back into the swing of things.
❤️
One of my newer friends. This little audax is from Colorado and looks so different from the ones that are local to me. Still cute as can be though.
Bellamy is missing one of her front legs, so we thought it would be fitting to name her after a pirate. Even missing a leg she is fearless and has been a very good mama. Such a pretty girl.
My baby Monstero is growing more and more each day. She is such a sweetie and a great study buddy. I can't wait for her to be full grown.

Sorry all for the little hiatus. If you don't know already, I a full time doctoral student when I am not playing with spiders. The start of a new semester has been super busy, but I'll try to get back to posting picture and updates on the babes.
While you wait, please enjoy my basking buddy. He had some shell issues, so he has only just recently been reintroduced to his tank. He is greatly enjoying his return.
We’ve got eggs with legs! Pixel is a first time mom. I am so excited. Honestly, when I paired her with my Shy Guy I wasn’t sure he was successful, but now we have the results. Can’t wait to see these little babies.
Was getting everyone ready to go to their new homes. I think I woke this little guy up from a nap.
A new friend has appeared! She doesn't have a name yet but is just the cutest little thing.
Introducing crazy man Milo. He is a Phidippus putnami and likes to try and escape his enclosure whenever I mist or feed him, but that does not mean he wants to be held. He also has a lovely beard.
A little tiny baby with a little tiny mealworm. He decided that the best place to have a meal was on my watch.
An old picture of my sweet Leviathan. He really did love posing for photos. Such a funny little old man. I miss him so much.
Emerald jumpers are really so gorgeous and have such a beautiful color. They are also soooo small. Still super sweet and cute though.
My little buddy Monstero is at it again. He's such a good eater and definetly loves his mealworms. His markings are also looking really great. They grow so fast.
This little dude scared the heck out of me the other day. Was all curled up and I thought I would lose him, but after some special attention he seems to be doing better. I am still worries but hopefully he'll do better now.
The beautiful Tiabeanie has come out from her second egg sac. Her babies are looking precious and eating well. She is so stinking cute and so are her little ones. I'm still trying to capture her lovely green chelicera.
Mama Babs emerged briefly from her 4th egg sac. This girl has been working overtime taking care of her babies. She definitely deserved this mealworm feast.
You all haven't met this little fella yet. This little unnamed baby is one of Ranger's, my dimorphic jumper (Maevia inclemens), little ones. I only kept 2 from her first clutch and she only had 6 in her second clutch, so hopefully, a few of those will grow up big and strong like their sibling.
My precious girl Addy is so photogenic. She decided to come out the other day for some pictures. She is such a fun and fuzzy little thing.
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that my angry old man, Leviathan, as crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He definitely gave off those "get off my lawn vibes" but was a loveable old guy. I knew this would probably be happening soon but I still was surprised. I will forever be happy for the time we spent together and I am happy I got these last few picture of him a few days ago.
When I see my little ones wandering around new enclosures I wander what they are thinking? What adventures and explorations are they going on? It must be terribly exciting (and scary) to be a little thing in a big world.
I’ve got a surprise sale going on. A late birthday present to be shared. A sling and enclosure combo for $25. Message me or check out the site if you are interested!
Happy Birthday to me! I’m anticipating a nice calm day of tending to spiders and visiting family. I hope everyone takes some time to rest and relax today. Even spiders need a day off. To another fun and spider-full year!
Staring contest! I caught Terrabyte staring down one of the babies. He did not seem intimidated though. Such silly little things.
It’s my birthday weekend! I got some good pictures of this little Babs baby and I managed to get some pictures of a little Terrabyte baby. So many babies so much fun. Hopefully I’ll get my birthday wish of adding some P. regius to the family.
