Opie(blk & white) and Ollie (orange) are 2 of our sweethearts who came to us by luck!
I met them in a trap at the clinic, eyes were a mess and Ollie sported a drastic head tilt. They were in their traps but so incredibly happy & almost goofy like. Nonetheless we couldn’t say no!
They are now in foster care and loving every minute of it!
They have both seen an ophthalmologist and Opie goes for surgery on Tuesday. This is with hopes to reduce the irritation in his eye and any avoid further injury to the eye.
Good news, they both have good vision the bad news is they have scarring from the previous untreated URI/herpes virus. Most cats have this virus in their system. Ollie’s head tilt is not suspected to cause issues in his everyday life however they do best on all 4 legs. They can climb and go on condos as any other cats!!! They are just a bonded set of brothers who require a little extra attention! I think it adds personality and they know they are adorable! Such LOVING boys right here!!
We hope they will be ready for their forever homes in no time!!
Please say a prayer for Opie as he goes in for surgery and to have a quick speedy recovery!
