Good morning!
I have a couple of IMPORTANT housekeeping things to talk about real quick.
Firstly, a couple weeks ago, I had a few clients reach out to me and tell me that their dog's nails started to bleed at some point after going home from a grooming appointment. If this has happened to you, I want to apologize! I do my best to get dogs' nails short, but I would never intentionally quick them and send them home without letting you, the owner, know about it. I must just be going a touch too short so I've already been working on chilling out a bit with the shortness of nails. Also, I would never send a dog home with bleeding nails on purpose. If I quick a dog in the shop (which is incredibly common with any grooming shop), I always use quik-stop and be sure that the bleeding has stopped. If I saw signs of blood even while they were on the way out of the shop, I would stop you to apply more. That rarely happens, and generally, it's a tiny amount of blood. It stops after I apply the quik-stop, and it's no longer any issue. All of that to say, I hope your pets are happy and healthy when they get home! If something is amiss or you didn't like something or their nails are trimmed too short, I hope you would feel comfortable enough to tell me! Because I can address the issue and make changes if needed. I'm always open to constructive criticism.
The second thing I wanted to address was the route Google keeps sending people down to get to our house. Apparently, there's a dirt road that Google routes you down, and you definitely don't have to take any dirt roads to get here. I am not exactly sure which road people are talking about. The only one I am aware of (and I certainly don't know most of the side roads around us) is Cold River Road. Cold River is in pretty bad shape most of the time so if Google suggests that to you, I would not take it. Instead of Cold River, you can just take North Shore Road after going through Unity, and that will take you straight into Acworth.
I hope this helps! These are just a couple things that have been mentioned to me frequently so I wanted to address them here.
