Ten years together… and still thriving.

What a joy to celebrate PM Amy Moog and Lead CVT Ashley Castro, pictured in the same spot in 2015 and again in 2025. It’s a whole decade of teamwork and shared purpose.

As we celebrate Practice Manager Appreciation Week, we’re honored to spotlight Amy’s journey. She began her career in as a client relations specialist and worked her way up to lead CRS, front office manager, and eventually Practice Manager at Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital . She came from a customer service and banking background, but she always dreamed of working in veterinary medicine, a place where the human–animal bond is sacred and deeply felt.

Here’s to ten years, to this incredible duo, and to all the PMs who make our hospitals places where people and pets truly thrive.
