Sheba (black) & Rocky (grey)🐾

1 1/2 year old siblings. 🫶🏻 They both weigh 60 pounds. We are looking for an adopter who can keep this bonded pair together.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped before going home. They are current on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. If you do not have a specific dog in mind, please apply and we will find the right fit for you! We do not place holds on shelter pets, so becoming pre-approved will help prevent you from missing out on the pet you'd like to adopt. Applications are good for one year. The shelter has to have an approved application in order to schedule a meet n greet, and get dogs out of the kennels! Anyone can come and do a walk through from 12pm-430pm.

Sheba and Rocky are pitbull, English bulldog, sharpei mixes that are 1 1/2 years old and are looking for their forever home. They were surrendered by their owner because he didn’t have anywhere to keep them. Sheba is the black female and Rocky is the grey male. Both dogs do not know a stranger. They both get along with other dogs, but will chase cats per owner surrender form. These babies are extremely sweet and will melt in your lap. We know how hard it is to place bonded pairs, but would really like to see them go together. They’ve been together their whole lives without any issues. I don’t think there is one staff member or volunteer that isn’t attached to these two.

We would also be up to a rescue pulling them if a rescue is interested as well.

Haller ⚽️

I’m Haller. I’m 31 pounds and 11 months old. I’m dog and cat friendly. I came in to the shelter emaciated and dehydrated. I have been here for almost a month but I wasn’t ready for adoption until recently. You could see every rib in my body. The volunteers call me a certified love bug. 🐞🐜 I would love for someone to adopt me so that I know I’ll be loved for the rest of my life. I am such a happy guy that it is hard to imagine what I have went through. My feet are still a little stained despite getting baths so it will take some time for my coat to turn white again. I look forward to getting out of my kennel and spending time with people. Come meet me!

Velvet 🫶🏻

🐾 Female, 10 months, 32 pounds
🐾 Good with dogs and cats
🐾 No toddlers or children (in a home with toddlers + kids and shows no signs of aggression towards them but would benefit from a calmer environment)

Hiiii guys. Im Velvet. People call me Velly. I’m 10 months old and I weigh 32 pounds. My forehead is so soft like Velvet. My foster mommy works at the shelter and took me home. She has 5 dogs and 4 cats and I came to her house and I’ve been part of the pack now for five days. I really enjoy being outside with the big dogs. The smallest dog here is ten pounds who thinks she is a cat and I have had no issues with her. My foster mommy has 3 children ages 6, 3 and 1, and I have had no issues with them but I do get nervous when they run around. I would prefer a calmer environment. I would do good with children 13 and up. I have gotten along with the cats just fine. I have ate by the cat and chewed bones with cats walking past and so far I have not cared. My foster mommy is still getting to know me though. I am still very new and was shut down at the shelter, just petrified and trembling. I am not fully comfortable yet, but I am in my prime time of bonding that my foster thinks it would be beneficial for me to attach myself to my new owner and not just to her. I have had no issues with men. I love to walk on grass and play in sand. I don’t like the snow very much. It took me two days to walk on a leash but I am a fast learner. I have had one accident in five days but I was just nervous and I didn’t mean to. I am crate trained and absolutely love going in my crate. I am bonding with my family fast and learning that it is okay to trust. I love coats and car rides. I would love to find my new family and know someone out there is just going to love me to pieces.

Congratulations on your adoption Celery, now Oliver!!! 😍 He came in underweight and a little rough looking. His foster took him in and gave him TLC and naturally fell in love! Happy tails handsome boy!
