As a home cattery, this is exactly a reason as to why we’re very strict on visits.

This is happening a lot nowadays!!
And this is just ONE reason why Out For Bengals & Savannahs is STRICTLY a closed cattery.
Meaning NO one comes to our house!!
The other main reason is the amount of sickness that can be brought in on shoes & clothes!! This poses a serious risk to ALL of our cats especially kittens too young to be vaccinated!! Our family also has a strict protocol when entering our home.
The wellbeing, health and safety of our family, this includes ALL of my babies 2 & 4 legged, comes first!!!! ALWAYS

We are sad to say we are experiencing a second case of fading kitten syndrome otherwise known as failure to thrive 😞 please pray for a miraculous recovery!

Our first case was last years litter with a male from the litter. we’re devastated that 3 kittens were going through this but are thankful two are stable and recovering however one is not out of the woods yet 😢

we hope to not lose another baby and that this kitten will continue to fight to make it through 🤍

It is with a heavy heart that we share the loss of our beloved bulldog, Güera. Our feisty girl crossed the rainbow bridge 3 weeks ago. We are devastated as her loss was sudden and changed our lives drastically. Rest in peace baby girl, every time we look at the blue sky we will remember her beautiful sky blue eyes 🩵 forever missed and loved 🕊️

Refresher reminder. Terminology has changed. Let's try to use the proper Terms when referring to a Bengals Generation.

Use the terms second generation domestic backcross and third generation domestic backcross and Not F2 & F3. In ALL FIELDS OF SCIENCE F2 generations are the result of F1 x F1 and F3 the result of F2 x F2.

Incorrect terminology has caused scientific bodies and law enforcement agencies to disbelieve that Bengal Cats are domestic cats, resulting in harmful policies and regulations.

Pregnancy announcement! 🤰🏽

As of this week we have confirmed Egypt and Kairo are expecting another litter due at the end of June 🥹

Firstly We want to be honest with everyone, this was most certainly a surprise to us as we have always only had one litter a year per breeding pair. The story goes:

Egypt went into heat on April 12th, we kept Egypt and Kairo in entirely separate floors of the house. However on April 21st. We left Egypt set up in our sons room and we allowed kairo back upstairs to roam in a more open space as the basement was being redone, he spent most of the time in his tall cat cage.

We were gone a total of 3 hours and this was also at the end of Egypts heat, she wasn’t even acting in heat anymore but we still attempted to keep them separate for precaution. Unfortunately at that time we were unaware our son learned to open doors and discovered that he could a 2 days later when we witness him open the bathroom door to play with the Toilet water along with Cleopatra 🫠 there’s no way to confirm he opened his bedroom door the day we left but we have a suspicion 😂

Regardless of how this litter came about we’re excited and already have homes for some of these kittens! 🥰 a blessing in disguise is what we’ll call it! Egypt is a great mother and we hope to keep a male kitten from this litter to carry on our brown bengals.

of course he will be housed in a guardian home and we are almost done with our basement to not have this happen again 😮‍💨 this will be Egypts 4th litter and she will have one more next year before finally being retired. She enjoys pregnancy and motherhood from what we see and wouldn’t continue if we saw otherwise.
