Hello hello!
Due to the weather today and the pool closing tomorrow, I think it’s safe to say that the 2023 Dock year has come to an end. I appreciate everyone who has joined this club and supported it!
2024 is going to be much better with more practice time as well as events! Throughout the winter, I’d still like to hold some meets to work on our techniques with our throws as well as do some fitness nights to keep the dogs in shape!
I love this club and can not wait to see what next year holds!

Hello!
I wanted to reach out with some updates!
Paws will be closing down the pool on October 8th. So with that being said, I’d love for all of us to have a day to celebrate our first AAD season! I’m looking to have our last meet on Saturday October 7th. Time is TBD and we will have drinks and food!!

I will not be here the week of Sept 24th as I will be at a conference so we will not have any meets on Sunday Sept 24th or Wednesday Sept 27th but we will start back up that Sunday. So with that being said our schedule for the rest of the season is as follows:
Sunday Sept 17th at 5
Wednesday Sept 20th at 6
Sunday Oct 1 at 5
Wednesday Oct 4th at 6
and then our last get together on Oct 7th!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for a great first season!! 2024 will bring a lot more to AAD with events, seminars, workshops, etc!!

I can’t wait to see what’s in store for AAD in the seasons to come!!

Hey AAD,
We are looking to have a members meeting, July 28th at 6pm. This will be a handler only meeting at Paws in South Glens Falls!
This meeting is to structure out the positions in our club. We want to emphasize that AAD is a member run, member driven club! We hope to discuss future event planning, and determine meet times and rental times. AAD looks to have a bright future with its members being its driving force!
Refreshments will be available.

Hi everyone!
With discussion with club, we have moved our practices to 5pm.
This will ensure that the weather is a bit cooler for each team. We also hope with the practices being later that it will be easier for everyone to participate instead of meeting in the middle of the day!

I wanted to first reach out and apologize for all the waiting and confusion with club! We appreciate all of you for being so patient with us.
This ✨Sunday June 25th at 12✨will be our first pool meet! Our pool is all ready and we can’t wait to see your pups jumping and swimming!

Hi everyone!
The new pool is up and scheduled to be filled next weekend, pending electrical and filters working properly. Once we know everything is working as it should we will announce when the next practice will be (hopefully 6/25 🤞). We will keep everyone updated as things move forward. We appreciate your patience and anticipation on this project and can’t wait to see everyone and their dogs on the dock!!

Hello everyone!
There has been a slight change of plans for our meet tomorrow!
Petfest is tomorrow, Sunday May 21st from 9-2, and Paws is going to be there! Paws has set up a club table for Adirondack Air Dogs so we can educate others on our amazing new club and we will have information for new members to join!

Due to Petfest being switched from Saturday to Sunday, we are no longer holding out meet at 10 but if any members would like to join us at Petfest and hang out at our club table to help recruit new members, you are more than welcome to join!!
Petfest is also allowing Paws to do demonstrations from 1-2! We’d love if some of our dock members would like to have 20 minutes of that demo time to showcase some of our fun land exercises and allow some by-passers to try and see if we can hype up AAD!!
We hope to see you there, if not stay tuned for more information on our next meet!! ♥️

The time has come for our first meet! ♥️
We will be having a meet Sunday May 7th from 10-12!
This meet will be held at Paws Enrichment Center at 4202 US-4, Hudson Falls NY 12839
This meet will involve some fun dry land exercises to get everyone warmed up and ready for when the pool opens!!
