I am very excited to be working with to help improve and maintain Frog’s back health! He got his first FES treatment on Tuesday and is already feeling so much more confident in his collected work! Having a physiotherapist on Frog’s team is just one of the ways I ensure his health and happiness so he can preform at his best.

It was a beautiful day at Fall Dressage Days! Frog and I took another crack at the I1, still far from perfect but heading in the right direction!

GMHA might not have produced the scores I wanted but it was a productive and educational weekend for me and for my student .

Leah and her young mare Bodi conquered busy warm ups and major distractions and were able to demonstrate improved ridability. They’ve still got to work on the pesky thing known as submission but they have come so far this year!

Frog showed his age a bit and there were mistakes in both tests. I am still learning how much support he needs and sometimes that changes day to day. All we can do is keep moving forward and building strength for the future.

Thank you Kim from for helping Frog get the perfect bridle! With CDIs in our future, I wanted to make sure Frog had a snaffle that looked as good as it fit!

Yesterday was another great day at GMHA! Super proud of for conquering some serious show nerves in both herself and Bodi and not only doing their test today, but doing it without me to coach as I was riding at the same time! had huge improvements in both her rides, including winning her 4-1 class on Shanti! Frog acted a bit more his age with some tension leading to difficulty in the changes but still scoring a 61%.

Everyone is headed home happy and with plenty of homework for next time!

Overall a very fun and productive day for everyone at GMHA today! Frog and I won the I1 with a 64%. ‘s Shanti put forward a much more relaxed and supple test with at 3-3 today after a last minute equipment change yesterday. Corrine’s Hanna had a beautiful warmup but suffered from some show ring nerves, which Corrine handled well and gave her the best ride she could. Finally, and Bodi had a great school demonstrating how far they have come in the last year!

It is always so fun to spend time with these lovely ladies! And as a side note, always check the fit and soundness of your equipment!

Full recap for the day will come later but I am so so proud of Frog! A clean test in his first I1 for a 64%! A couple things to polish up and still plenty of room for improvement but I am so thrilled with how Frog has grown up this spring!

Yesterday was a beautiful day to settle in at for their June Dressage days! Everyone had good schools and it’s looking like it’ll be a great weekend!

What a beautiful day at NEDA spring today! We had a decent ride in the PSG for 5th with a 62%, not too shabby for his first time at the level and our first sanctioned show in almost a year! We’ve still got some kinks to work out and I’m hoping for an even better ride tomorrow!

A fantastic weekend at with my students and Wyatt! Very proud of Leah and Lucy for putting in excellent rides, Lucy was high score 1st level AA Saturday and Leah was high score, high point rider, and high point horse, for training level on Sunday!

Thank you NHDEA for putting on a lovely schooling show at UNH! And for allowing me to school the OSG test with Frog before our season truly starts!

Frog and I scored a 64.6% for our first attempt at the level with plenty of room for improvement!

With the extreme heat and humidity, I decided to hop on bareback yesterday and see how it went! Here is a clip of us working the passage a bit, he is still learning to carry it straight and in rhythm, being bareback ensured that I couldn’t contort myself out of position and hinder him.
