Chestnut mushrooms are rapidly becoming a fan favorite! Having slightly nutty notes, edible stems, and they hold up really well in longer cooked dishes. Personally we believe they are a tastier and more versatile alternative to shiitakes, not to mention they are gorgeous!

The mushroom dinner event put on by exceeded all expectations! Their chefs curated some of the tastiest mushroom dishes imaginable. Creative, unique, and delectable. A truly special evening that we were beyond grateful to be a part of!! 🍄❤️

Outrageously delicious!! Fresh Maine littlenecks from Community Shellfish Connecticut over saffron risotto with golden oyster mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and Jonah crab meat (also from Community Shellfish)!! Pairing our mushrooms with seafood is HIGHLY recommended!! 🦀🍄❤️
