Our beloved Moose passed away yesterday, 4/17/2018, after a brief battle with cancer. Moose was a lovable and loyal friend for over ten years. Anyone who has ever met Moose knows that he considered everyone a friend. We’ll remember him sitting with us at local coffee shops getting pets and loves from people passing by. Many times we would say, “Go say hi!” when he would look longingly at people who were not initially inclined to pet him. He always got a pet and a love in the end. Our fondest memories include him chasing balls with his cousin Blaze at Lake Tahoe, carrying around his food bowl, playing with the smallest Hubbard nieces and nephews, and going for rides – from small rides to the dump to long road trips to other states. We felt loved, protected and safe when he was with us and we, in turn, cherished his presence every day. He will be greatly missed by all in the Hubbard Family. Rest in peace, Moose, you’ll be in our hearts always.
