New Class Announcement!
Beginner Utility!
10:15 Wednesday Mornings starting March 13th taught by Mike Bode:

BEGINNERS UTILITY.docx

Training for the Dog and handler looking to start utility exercises. This class is ideal for new dogs who have never done utility or dogs who know some of the exercises but not all. The goal is to foster a balanced relationship between the dog and its owner through structured exercises, and commands

The course typically spans eight weeks, with each session building upon the previous one to ensure steady progress. Classes are held once a week, allowing both the dog and the owner ample time to practice and reinforce learned behaviors at home.
The following items are needed for class: three white gloves, a set of scent articles, treats, toy, an open mind, and excitement for learning.

On Wednesday from 5-8:30 the club will be open and we could use some help cleaning! There are jobs for every person no matter your skill set. We plan to have a fun, lighthearted evening sharing work in true SPDTC style…
This is a human only activity otherwise we’d get little done as all your dogs are too cute!

It was brought to my attention by 3 people this weekend;
That not everyone knows the St. Paul Dog Training Club AKC Agility trials have been relocated for the 2025 year, and for sure January of 2026 to Cloud Nine in Maple Grove.

February trial has AMAZING judge Gil Chapman!
Entries are open until Feb. 5.
