To all of our loyal customers and our friends. As of March 20 we will be hanging up our clippers for good and closing up our mobile dog spa. Many of you know, my mother and owner of Hot Dawgs had major back surgery about 18 months ago and after 52 years in the grooming industry it is time to retire. She has decided to move to Ohio where her close dog show friends live and begin a new life up there. I have agreed to follow her there. This is bittersweet as we are sad to say goodbye to you and your pets yet we are excited for what the future holds. Many of you have become like our second family. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you all for your continued loyalty throughout the years.

Happy Monday Hot Dawg fans. Just a reminder we are going to reach record high temps this week. With 2 AC units in our spa, it still gets hot in there. Some dogs may be returned to you damp to shorten the groom time in the heat. Remember not to leave pets outside or in the garage during the heat, always have water available, and remember dog houses do not keep dogs cool, they’re generally hotter.

Mississippi its HOT!!! Our mobile spa has 2 AC units and a heavy duty fan inside but they simply struggle to keep up when the temps get this high. Our blow dryer blows hot air also which doesn’t help either. This being said, ALL dogs will come back to you damp. They will not be wet or dripping, but you will feel damp spots in areas. We understand you pay a lot of money to have your pet pampered by us but the safety of your pets is most important. We hope you understand, and we are so grateful for you and your loyalty towards us. 🐶😊

Hello friends. We have had to stop taking new clients for awhile as we have been consistently booked for 4+ weeks for quite some time. We hate to do it but we struggle to get our long time clients in our schedule. I do however have a few random spots Available I am filling up. Happy Friday Hot Dawg fans! Some exciting news. We now have a Venmo account. We have declined taking credit cards because of the high fees they charge and we surely didn’t want to pass those fees onto you. We are Thankful all year round, but this time of year we feel incredibly grateful for ALL OF YOU! To say this past year and half has been crazy is an understatement. Most of you know Debbie has been out of work during this time as her back/leg pain had left her immobile on most days. We’ve had a couple employees come and go as we tried to find the perfect fit for our business. We pride ourselves as being the best around. With that being said, we cannot thank you for your loyalty, patience, and trust over these trying times. Today, Debbie made her way back out into the mobile spa to serve the clients who loved her so much. Her granddaughter Devonnee is out with her assisting in bathing and lifting as Debbie is not quite ready for that. Candice is still grooming a couple days a month scheduling around her nursing job near Nashville.

Hello Hot Dawgs fans!!! I just wanted to update you all. My mom, Debbie and Hot Dawgs owner, finally had back surgery this past wednesday after dealing with pain and neuropathy for years, and having been almost bed ridden for the last 9 months. She is on the road to recovery, but has a long way to go. I have taken over the phone calls and scheduling in between working night shift at the hospital, and still trying to groom for her on the weekends. Please bear with me/us as we get through these next few weeks/ months. I will do my best to answer calls and texts as soon as I can. We thank you all for your patience and loyalty. -Candice
