Ice is melted. Hay barn is full and we are loading til Noon on this balmy day.

Though, still haven’t taught those minis to pick their own paddocks!

It was 150 degrees today. I don’t care what the weatherman said. It was 150.

Everyone was in the barn all day under fans. They kept looking at me like “Dude, do something. The heat & flies are unbearable”. They were all tuned-up.

By evening turn-out this was the dog & horse situation. (Pictures)

As far as the horses, everyone got a cool bath with this amazing herbal shampoo that our friend Mary brought over. They actually fell asleep in the cross-ties during their bath.

Things are “cool” tonight.

Maybe a little rain in our near future?

just received word that our orchard alfalfa mix should arrive today at 4pm fingers crossed
Have not received an eta on the straight orchard delivery as of yet supposed to arrive today or tomorrow
I will post updates as I receive them
