This is Tony Ioppolo, the local owner of both Pinehurst Animal Hospital and Dental Clinic and Urgent Vets for Pets and the Animal Cruelty Investigator of Moore County, I am completely outraged by this heinous behavior in our community.
Please feel free to contact or practices for a full veterinary evaluation and treatment for this pet at absolutely no charge to confirm all is OK.
Many prayers that this pup is returned to its owners soon and safely!

Capnography is a non-invasive way to measure the amount of carbon dioxide in a patient’s breath over a period of time, also known as End Tidal Co2 (ETCO2).
