Dr. Davenport comes to us as a 2019 graduate of the University of Georgia’s college of veterinary medicine. She has a primary interest in sports medicine and dentistry! We are so excited to have participated in the Painted Pony Auction this year to support CHP as a sponsor! This is our beautiful pony who will be auctioned off April 6th with the rest of the herd! You might notice we are a touch slower on returning calls and texts this week!!! We appreciate everyone’s patience with us as we are operating man down this week. Our very own Rebecca Mahaffey is traveling to Kentucky to compete her lovely Thoroughbred gelding What The Blip in the AMERICAN EVENTING CHAMPIONSHIPS!!! Join us in wishing them safe travels and an amazing time in Kentucky!! Show ‘em how it’s done, girl!!!! GOOD LUCK!! 🍀 🥰

Had a fun, chilly morning at Buckhorn Equestrian Center! It’s was so exciting to see one of our friends compete! Brenna Cole showed Bananja in her very first show! Bananja is a wonderful rescue mare who is available for adoption through Renaissance Equine Rescue and Welfare Foundation right here in Southern Pines! They do amazing work for the horses be sure to check them out, they have riding as well as companion horses available for adoption!! Well done ladies!!!
