PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR PUPPY

Seller’s Responsibilities:
1. Puppy has been vet checked with first s
hots given and dewormed. Puppy as sold is free of any serious congenital defects.
4. No guarantees are given as to the puppy’s size, color, temperament, or breeding capabilities. Puppy’s adult weight is only an estimate.
5. Seller must make the buyer aware to puppy proof home for puppy enters. Buyer’s Responsibilities:
1. Puppy must be vet checked within 3 days of date of purchase.
2. Puppy is to be kept up-to-date on all future shots and other wellness protocol.
3. Puppy has been established on a certain diet and any diet changes are the buyer’s responsibility. (Samples of food will be furnished.)
4. Upon vet check, any and all concerns regarding the puppy’s health are to be made at that time. A certified veterinary report, in writing, as to the diagnoses of any congenital defect will be required at that time for any of warranty to be considered. After this point, all sales are final and seller is relieved of all obligations.
5. No veterinary expenses will be paid for by the seller without prior written approval from seller.
6. Buyer understands that certain people have pet allergies or allergic reaction to animals and that this is not a cause for voiding this purchase agreement.
7. Certain common occurring conditions in a puppy are not cause for voiding this contract, as worms, Coccidiosis, Guardia, ear mites, etc., are all common and easily treated conditions.
8. Hypoglycemia is not covered as it is the buyer’s job to maintain proper nutrition and be sure the puppy is eating properly.
9. Buyer agrees not to place this animal in a shelter for any reason. In the event the buyer is unable to keep the dog, it is to be returned to the seller. Transportation cost for return of the dog to the seller is the sole responsibility of the buyer. SIGNING OF THIS CONTRACT IS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN. This seller agrees to sell, and hereby does sell, and has contracted to the buyer, a dog of Yorkshire Terrier Breed:
