Good morning 🌄
It has been a long time since our last food drive for the colony cats.. Our last food drive held us out until May..
We are in very very desperate need of wet food and dry food for the colony cats of Plainville and Southington That we feed.
I have posted our amazon wish list and and our venmo and cash app.
One of our feeders is going in for surgery for a total knee replacement...
We have three colony caretakers and well over 50 cats to feed and now we our finding friendly dumps, kittens, anything that you can donate is greatly appreciated. We are hoping that this food drive will be as successful as our last one was that carried us for 5months.

📣 TAKE CAUTION with WINTER TNR! Be very careful when TNRing in freezing temperatures; you may do more harm than good!

Females require to be shaved for surgery. As a result, they lose a significant amount of fur that keeps them warm on these frigid days. Unless you can keep a female warm until her fur grows back, you may want to delay - or even suspend -- TNR during these coldest days of winter.

Of course, never leave traps unattended. Cats in unattended traps are stressed and subject to harm from predators, including humans. This time of year, in these temperatures, they are also unable to move to find a warmer, dryer shelter if they are stuck in a trap. More than ever, do not leave cats unattended in extreme temperatures.

Location southington...
My colony is now in danger. ION BANK owns the property and is Tearing the building down and putting a chain link fence up I have until Monday morning to get my last 2 feral cats out and find placement for them... please can anyone help trap this weekend and find placement. There are more or less community cat. They are fixed and utd. 🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭
