Always an adventure this year didn’t disappoint. First session started off a little shaky no thanks to Mr. Greer ugh. “Hey you didn’t shave” yup. I got out of the gates a little slow but caught up quick for the afternoon session but not before Josh started story telling at lunch about me showing up in shorts T shirt and unshaven for the morning session. The best part is in the middle of his story I walk in an he looks an says you shaved lol. Nice Nikes Josh. Please don’t make fun of my apples or yogurt. CHRISTY. Speaking of Miss “anyone need anything from target ? 15 minutes later I get a video guide of pastries? Yup though you were going to bougie target? Well she saved herself when she showed up that night with awesome pastry not sure about the jalapeño something’s. Omg almost forgot back up. Airport 5:30 am sitting minding my own business. This guy walks by an say hey I’m half awake oh Nick Roberts lol so he sits an chats then a family walks by I’m still out of it and the lady turns around and runs through the airport yelling JEROME JEROME I need a selfie. Omg horse people lol Megan Allen. We got our selfie. Fast forward to my first layover an a lady on the walks over to me and says are you famous? Lol ummm why? She said I saw that lady run up to you for a picture lol. (Stay tuned there’s more).
Back to the show Bonnie and I had things under control and had a blast. I got my instructions earlier in the year. “Take care of mother” lol I did my best. Now for the rest of those dudes they were rogue lol no we had a fun especially since Mr. Farrar was handling the prime night spots he’s been secretly wanting for years all we heard was “finally I’m getting the prime schedule”
His vanity did surfaced a bit when he started in about my awful selfies and how I make him look so bad. No idea what he’s talking about. Ummm yes you clowns I did go inside planet fitness and then lunch of course. No Josh and John I wasn’t at night trips so stop looking for me there, I was at the Sterling hospitality with Hey Mark one more trot 😆. Omg funny not funny on my session off I came to watch the show apparently my eye may have gone closed for a second lol and of not only did the live feed catch it so did you Celia Solmon 😂. Hey #1 thank goodness for my overcheck skills. Anywho it was an exciting week especially with Mark and his choice of words. Hey howie you’re usually black lol had to be there. Ummm Sammy Hazen did more than threaten to s***k me with the whip I returned to her, she actually did it oh my. Talk about groundhogs day heading home guess who gets on my plane yup Megan lol. Told her husband take the kid I’m sitting with jerome lol great times and adventures.

Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf
A Delectable Fusion of Philly Cheesesteak and Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of a loaf pan.
Lay the provolone cheese slices over the meat, leaving a small border around the edges.
Cover with the remaining meat mixture, pressing the edges to seal.
In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour this sauce over the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 1 hour | Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Kcal: 450 kcal | Servings: 6 servings

After my quick turnaround and Mass Morgan hangover I arrived in Louisville just in time for the day session Sunday. What up #1 and Stacey 😂. Hey is that Dewey Bass ? Hells yes! what up ? See ya tonight. Hotel bar ? Duh. Hey Madge an Kent rut row I don’t want a dog but those legends at the table might 😂
Hey dummy my wife was there. I know but I sacrificed you and Kent so I could make a clean break. SORRY? Never trust a single woman in a bar lol thank you.
Omg on to the show ok judges hop in. Oh yes steward Darlene is in the house kicking butt. Congratulations Darlene you did an amazing job. Line up in front of your ringmaster? Or not. Omg is it ok to start the show with out Skip? My bad he’s right there. Hey can you go clothes shopping for me ? Ummm I caaannn ? not sure I’m your guy especially after I bought that muscle shirt for you. No need to thank me Meg lol. Hey Connor how you doing? lemonade? Shane Shiflet spooking horses ? You had to be there. And yes Shane I was eating my yogurt 🍦. Whoa wait what ? Tammy’s sprinting to the winners circle. In an evening gown ? YES ! UK basketball. It is real. Hey trail mix was a hit but keep hands off my apples. Omg it was a crazy week for narcissisties aka selfies. Hush yourself Mr. J. Lowry. Thank you Alicia Davis for my citrus cup socks. “Shouldn’t be allowed in center ring” “Scumbag”Eeek.
Omg busted in a practical joke by the legend Gene Wright ugh I never saw it till it was too late the look on howie and Genes faces were priceless “Hats off” guys.
As usual the food was my favorite adventure and guess what I uncovered? IT’S WING WEEK! during one of best weeks of the year Anywho great week as always can’t wait for next year.

Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls 😍❤️
Ingredients
1 package red velvet cake mix (regular size)
2-1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1-1/4 cups warm water (120° to 130°)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
icing:
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 5 tablespoons 2% milk
Directions
Combine cake mix, 1 cup flour and yeast. Add water; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky). Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently 6-8 times. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 2 hours. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Punch down dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; roll dough into an 18x10-in. rectangle. Brush with melted butter to within 1/4 in. of edges; sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut crosswise into 12 slices. Place cut sides up in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Cover with a kitchen towel; let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake until puffed and light brown, 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly.
Beat confectioners’ sugar, butter, vanilla and enough milk to reach a drizzling consistency. Drizzle icing over warm rolls.

Mass Vegas

Always the show of the year. Fun from the youngest to the oldest and everyone in the middle. Costumes are a must and everyone one joins in even the judges. Yes sir my new buddy Teddy made an appearance second show in a month. Whitney’s in the house ! And she’s camera shy ? Whatever just don’t let #1 distract you with his rugged good looks lol. Finally got some falsehoods cleared up. Thank you Mrs. #1 for clearing my name lol. Thank goodness because Daryl is one of the few people that believes I’m a good human? Well Ringmaster lol. Oh frick where my wallet? Oh freak ! Where’s my KEYS ! Ugh academy 😩 thank goodness for Roger Browns former partner in crime and We Are Windwards current star Krisann. “Hey! I need a ride ! I’ll explain later just get me to show PLEASE. you can clown me later lol. Being a member of the We Are Windward gang has its advantages. Anywho tragedy avoided. As fun as my night may or may not have been. The party was the SHOW. even though I didn’t attend I was getting updates. And although what happens at the party stays at the party. I have people and the reports, pictures AND videos were more proof the party was lit. Anywho I survived the week. Only to rush home then to airport to take on Louisville.

Summer classic

After a great New England more stalls to bed YAY !
But more laidback show. Cater Nation was chomping at the bit to get back to the show ring. Ann Marie finds a stalker lol finally. David cater doesn’t photograph well lol or my phone sucks. neither thanks to young Terry he solved the problem the protective coating have been on my phone case for about 3months funny thing is Kristen and Jill’s come out perfect always. Jerome! Jerome! I’m over here lol very funny D. Cater. Anyone seen Johnny an Courtney nope. Steve the little thing. Anywho great times.

Well, what would New England Morgan be without a little dampness or a lot before the show even started the water was getting me down trying to bed stalls thank goodness my nephew and grand niece who decided to come help. Poor old uncle Rome. It was challenging, but we sure got it done and they were tired. Once the show started, we only had one session inside YAY !

Complete with fishing gear. This year we had a new addition Connor Roesink as Ringmaster ladies and gentlemen we got the services of the up-and-coming star Ringmaster. Now Since this was his first year, we will give him a pass, not having waterproof boots and a raincoat. John forgot to tell him how legendary we are with rain and mud but like a trooper he trudged on and was great. 48 hours. No Shane I’m not coming to the tent. This the first year I actually said I wasn’t going lol Shane was proud I told the truth lol. Take the new guy with you and show him the ropes. I’m going to the other tent. The Sterling hospitality tent to hang out with Ralph. And learn sign language? 🤟🏾 umm no not so much lol at least nothing I could repeat. Anywho Josh made friends and enemies ugh sooo dumb. Sorry Josh. Betty’s kitchen was back yay ! And as usual took great care of us especially me ❤️
Omg CRISIS! didn’t have any collar stays ugh if Howie could see me now he would have a fit, but not as big as I was having lol. took off at lunch to go find me some
thank goodness, I found some and the rest of the day was saved. Can I ask you ah ? Momma Merrill was doing an awesome job as usual with her sidekick. Melissa who also doubled as Tina‘s wing man. Martha does an impossible job with the ribbons trophies and trying to direct us Lunatic Ringmasters where to go and what to give and what to bring back.Lol. Had an absolute great and unexpected dinner with Mike Murphy and the Kohler crew. I actually crashed their party seeing that Mike and I had done a show just a month before we had some catching up to do especially about our second judge from that show Kristen Stivers I explained to him, when I was in Lexington, she did just like she said and took me to lunch and right after that took me to jail lol. You had to be there anyway we had a good time catching up and sharing a good laugh. 😆
Our boy, Shane Shiflet was a big hit at New England with his cool T-shirts he sponsored for the T-shirt toss. He was on point this year, especially when he was making fun of my healthy eating. yogurt apples and nuts an berries that I would eat all day and then eat as he claims cheese fries at night Wasn’t true but anyway I hope he remembers me trying to save him from getting run over many times at the show. I guess that makes us even all the times he saved me this year with his heroic efforts. Had a surprise visit from the new member of Wildwind stables little Teddy the French bulldog absolute cuteness alert. Hey Josh, what is that you’re having for lunch? It’s a Sunday is that made with yogurt why would you do that? That’s like having a root beer float and using Diet Coke? OK my bad Josh I’ll go back and eat my salad and be sad. you go back to eating an complaining about your damn ice cream sundae with a brownie cookie or whatever the damn thing was. that didn’t heat up your brownie lol. Had nerve to eat one every single day for lunch. I probably should have bought Tina one for all the grief I gave her all week except once she threw me for a loop. I was complaining about some thing to her and expecting one answer and got
One I didn’t expect lol. I was blubbering along about something. She hit the brakes and I went flying right by brakes and you go flying by. she got a really great laugh out of it. AWKWARD Jerome ugh.
Finally got a great picture with Leigh ooops can’t use ugh WTG Leigh well at least the Memory Lane gang isn’t shy lol.
Long week but a fun week full of surprises. OMG I DIDn’t do the math right 😩

Omg where do you start with this one? I guess you start with flights getting canceled delayed and everything else that goes with it.
As usual, I had to get home from my horse show in New Hampshire to repack and get to my flight by 10 which actually went off without a hitch then things got interesting in Charlotte when I was hanging out waiting for my delayed flight there I noticed some New Hampshire folk hanging out David and Casey were rebooked on the same flight. Only differences. Their first flight was scheduled for six in the morning so their layover flight got canceled and booked on my flight. They did not look happy as they were sipping on their Starbucks. Lol. Well, we finally made it to Kentucky in one piece but poor Dwayne had been sitting in the airport at home all day trying to get on another flight because his were getting canceled. AnyWho, everyone made it there by Sunday night. I’m ready to rock ‘n’ roll Monday morning.
Monday got off to a great start. Classes were great show was awesome and Monday afternoon. I got to go to the opening of the new UPHA office in Midtown. Amazing.
OK now it’s back to the Airplane saga. Kristen and gang had to hurry up and head to the airport to make their flight. Du***ss me told them I hope your flight doesn’t get canceled. Guess what their flight was cancelled 😬. Can me and the girls ride out to the horse show with you tonight since you jinxed us, no problem. Fast-forward till night time I come out and politely ask Kristen to drive because I need to eat my yogurt that wasn’t exactly a smile she shot back to me lol. but once she got in and fixed the steering wheel in the seat and everything else we were often running to where? Starbucks. Now all is right with the world we make it to the show. after the show everyone goes to eat except I have to go change. You don’t mine do you Kristen since she still insists on driving with Grace and Casey in the backseat. We get to the hotel and I go to get out to get changed. Kristen says leave the phone that way I know you’ll come back, I had no idea. She knew me so well. OK headed for the restaurant. Apparently we need music to make the world go round so the Ronettes Casey and Grace let me pick the music and they would sing a rap to it. Apparently my phone decided rap was going to be the music of choice and Casey and Grace sang all the music word for word. Now this is a dinner for all dinners Dwayne Knowles, Jim , Cherry , David and Kristen Casey and Grace oh my goodness the world will never be the same. Jim was in high gear and the rest of us were along for the ride lol omg Jerry not the doctor appointment story lol. I’d like to see that weighed lol. OK back to the show. Mark Farrar was in place with his usual funny self giving me suggestions and when I didn’t take heed to his suggestions, my phone would ring and some would reiterate what Mark just said. Ugh. Hey jerome is there any chance you could line the ponies up on this end and in the shade apparently I can’t because that went against the grain. Sorry not sorry Rich. JEROME ! JEROME! Over here. Wow Jerome fancy gold phone case. Can’t hide money. No one asked you mark.
Omg got a lunch invite from Young Terry Young. What a great time Terry Howie and myself had at lunch. They are too wild boys and a lot of fun. Oh yeah and we got to see Young Terry’s personal license plate. It has a fish on it. 😂
There was nothing like daily stories from Jim Cherry and maybe a couple from Jerry. This guy has no off button. Our girl Christy Jane was time enough for Jim and Jerry. They seem to have hit it off really well. JEROME JEROME over here. Can you please line these ponies up in the shade? You know what these horses need to learn ? just lineup lol. Not to forget the YouTube sensation Sydney got to meet her and take a selfie of course with her what a great person so full of life and so earger learning about different disciplines, she is very refreshing to have around and as you would guess Miss Gayle Lampe made sure she got to see an experience everything The saddlebred has to offer.
How old are you? This show was so so much fun what a great group from the time you land on the ground to the time you take off there’s someone always there to help speaking about taking off David did you happen to get your luggage yet? Oops, Jim is headed to Louisville so he can get home. Dwayne is delayed somewhere maybe Charlotte for a day what a disaster with all these crazy flights. OMG it’s M&M fleeing the country lol. All in all this was a great show. Great people great team can’t wait to do it all over again next year

Syracuse

Third show in 3 weeks was the most entertaining. Anytime Shane Shiflet is working a show good times follow. He kept our spirits up with his usual chipper self ? AJ and Lisa lisa were not bored either as Steve kept things running smooth and kept his clothes lol. He and Cindy set up shop in her room which believe me is much safer for Steve lol. I made sure to get my fish taco fix and as usual was I was supervising my self lol that worked awesome until Shane started in about me never hanging out after shows with him. Ugh so I gave in against my better judgement. next thing you know we’re on a golf cart and almost flipped it over then I was on the back of a scooter? 🛴 yup and leave it to the spice girls to find me a m a purse to match my gold chain lol while Shane was playing the world famous buck a shot at Rodney’s. Anywho we had a blast but next year I’m eating my fish tacos and going to bed. I hope lol. Show was a lot of fun wouldn’t miss it for anything. Stop laughing at my apples and yogurt you ya hoos

Gold cup 2024
Gold Cup is always the start of the horse show marathon for me. Always a good time especially with the omelette station at the hotel to get your day off on the right foot. This year the judges had a challenge. They had a learner judge plus judging school everything went perfect with Darrell Hobson and Bill Waller at the controls. Howie had little to complain about he was in such a good mood. He even told Bill about his little secret town with all the fancy restaurants in it too bad Howie I know where it is too. not that I frequent the restaurants you did, but I did have some great tacos one day and awesome hamburger is next.
Omg how could I forget me having good intentions going to the gym I went and on my way out, realized I couldn’t find my phone that I left on one of the machines finally after help from the front desk and searching all over the gym my phone mysteriously turned up at the front desk someone had picked it up and I think we’re getting ready to beat feet with it and then thought better and brought it back and mysteriously put it on the counter and left. Hey Tim and Shane a bullet that night. 😬. not to forget the week before Gold Cup. Howie was making fun of my individually packaged and cut apples. Guess who had a good time at Gold Cup eating my apples Howie and everyone else lol. Naughty librarian.
Highlight of the week had to be legends night when the queen of Queens showed up Judy Whitney Harris looking spectacular as only Judy can it was such a treat to hear her speak about her great horses and just to see her at a horse show again. Also, on the stage was Mr. P Price being Mr. P Price lol giving the unfiltered version of Gold Cup history as only he could do. It was a great night. Lotta laughs. Lotta cheers just great to see some of the legends and soon to be legends, speaking with passion about their horses. The progressive aisle party is always a big hit this year I decided to be a social butterfly. Yes I know hard to believe but I participated and had my first white castle cheeseburger unbelievably impressive. Howie and Jim Taylor had 10 apiece unbelievable. Sticking with the food theme had lunch with The We are Winward crew turned out to be absolutely hilarious. Amanda ordered a salad that came with its own dressing. Hannah ordered a salad that came with its own dressing and when they got there so the gentleman that I am, I use my french fries to taste them, very hot jalapeño ranch is no joke. Needless to say they passed on the salad dressing.lol
Absolutely great week great weather had so much fun the whole week catching up with friends till next year. OMG funniest part of the week was me leaving Gold Cup headed to Virginia for my next show talking to Amanda on the phone and all of a sudden in midsentence I started cussing and swearing and no way that I can’t believe this and Amanda is like what’s going on and I said I’m getting ready to get pulled over by a bleeping cop. I wasn’t even bleeping speed and I’m just cussing and cussing, the cop pulled over the car behind me lol my bad.

Omg what shaky start to the show. On my way I got sick really bad thank goodness moms was on the way. Stayed there all day trying recoup and poor mom was having her own issues with her back. Well made it to saugertees but not the show I was still out of commission. Steve Terry Clark and Shirley had too solider on without . Anytime Terry and Clark are at the same show wild times will be had lol apparently they were going out to a local spot for wings and one drink. Well I wasn’t there but after the “one” drink Clark dropped Terry at his cabana lol which I believe was in someone’s back yard Terry fell out of Clarks mid life crisis car (mustang) tripping over some roots JUNIOR!!!!!!
Well I finally surfaced in the morning stepping lightly and trying to eat yogurt lol. Oh yeah and pedialyte thank you Jill. Oh yeah note to self when stomach is shaky never eat chicken fajita soup lol ugh 😩 anywho The show was picture perfect new ring great horses and sunshine ☀️ now that “raffle” im not say it was rigged. Actually yes I am I didn’t win.
Now about the hotel WOW my favorite was the balcony over looking a waterfall too cool. When I was able to attempt food I ate on balcony with my next door neighbor Clark.
Hey gotta come out with me and Terry the wings are awesome ok but I’m not staying long lol. One drink Terry doesn’t learn Clark rolls a little tougher than one drink. Lucky I had my own car. Even better earlier Clark an Shirley got introduced to sweet Lucy and poor Steve couldn’t partake in the Lucy event HI COURTNEY ok
back to the locals they were very interested in the Kentuckians lol
You guys want more wings no Clark I’m out of here you and Terry stay for more “wings” lol so we all left. But you can’t keep a good man down Clark ordered some domino pizza and sat on his balcony by himself lol. Anywho great week and the best part of the week was watching someone experience Clark for first time. Clark and I were walking down the street. He looks in the restaurant and says hey isn’t that the Morgan girl let’s go talk to her. Oh boy, fun. Sarah Gove was throughly entertained and that capped off a great show.
