Raise your hand if you’ve ever worried about how much to feed your dog!

You’re not alone—this is one of the most common questions we hear. To keep it simple here is an easy rule of thumb for raw or homecooked diets:

Start with 100g per 10lbs of body weight per day and adjust based on your dog's body weight condition, activity level, individual needs, and age.

For example, if your dog weighs 50lbs they will need 500g of food per day, consisting of 3/4 meat (including raw bones and organs) and 1/4 vegetables.

Use this body score chart to help determine an ideal weight.

Spanaway Concerned Citizens Administrative Appeal regarding "early" fill and grade permits and driveway permits that were issued while violations had not been corrected. We filed this appeal on NOVEMBER 13, 2024 and asked for a stop work order. Instead of a stop work order, we were given a hearing date of January 22, 2025.
