If your pet has a SAVE THIS LIFE microchip you may need to re-register your pet. Please check your pet’s microchip information. We use PetLink by Datamars and we used Home Again when I first opened. If your pet was chipped by another place please check your registrations.

I apologize! The microchip information is NOT a scam. I was misinformed before. Here is the latest information.

This young man has been with us since November. He has undergone his neuter and heart worm treatment. He is up to date on his shots and is currently on Proheart for heart worm prevention. All he needs now is his forever home. He is FULL OF ENERGY. We are guessing he is about 2 years old and he loves to play and run. You will most likely need a fenced yard or be able to take him for walks a couple times a day. He is most likely a Bassett/Golden Retriever mix although we don’t really know. He is full grown at about 50lbs. Please someone give this baby a home ❤️🐾

ln the U.S., the first case of heartworm resistance to macrocyclic lactone medications was documented in 2005. According to a newly published article, resistance has now been documented in Europe as well. According to Dr. Anastasia Diakou, one of the article authors, it is important for veterinarians in the USA to be aware that every dog traveling to Europe or other continents should undergo negative tests for D. immitis (both Knott's test and antigen test). Furthermore, these dogs should be monitored using these tests for 6-9 months after arriving in their new location. https://bit.ly/457GJ5R
